  This is a new hotel in Ozona, Texas. This location is fairly new and fresh! The parking is great with eazy access to the highway and local eateries. My room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was on point and warm. Good selection of breakfast items and drinks.

  See no evil

  The hotel grounds, lobby, and rooms were clean, well groomed, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long drive. The breakfast was fresh and hot and well stocked. The hotel was easy to find, although the area was eclectic with residential structures mixed in between the hotel and fast food entities on that block.

  Nice place for an overnight stay

  We were travelling I-10 headed to San Antonio. We decided to stop due to the late hour. The staff was great even though we didn't have a reservation and they took care of us quickly and efficiently. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the overall experience.

  Comfort Plus

  We did have a red r cation and just pulled in on a whim after a long day at Big Bend. The staff welcomed as if we were there every week. The beds were so comfortable. Great TV. Good breakfast. Easy parking and unloading. Thank you for a great welcome in Ozona

  They'll rip off traveling families

  Absurd fees. I stopped here after driving all day in the middle of the worst winter storm this part of Texas has seen in years with my wife (who was traveling to receive cancer treatment by the way), 2 year old son, and dog. We checked in. Ok, my fault for not asking if they allowed pets, but the lady at the front desk didn't mention it either and there was no sign at check in. She also wasn't wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic, which the whole reason we chose Hampton Inn was because we heard they were very Covid compliant. We check out the next day, absolutely nothing wrong with the room, no pet damage, no soiled carpets, etc. but then I get a $150 pet cleaning fee on my bill. Even if I am 100% to blame for violating the pet policy, $150 when there is no actual damage to the room, i.e. no soiled carpet, is absolutely absurd and a complete rip off. I called the hotel and tried to negotiate and was just rudely threatened that they could go up to $250 for the fee. Don't stay here if you're hoping to find a hotel that's understanding of how families travel, I know I never will again.
