    El personal fue muy amable y servicial la manager fue muy amable y el desayuno delicioso. Me encanto este hotel pues cuando estabamos desayunado mire hacia la ventana y vimos un venado so fue emocionante gracias ha todo el personal

    What have they been doing fot their past 3 months of COVID?

    Our rate was excellent, "Michael" at front desk was on spot and was on top of his game. As our first time out since COVID hit, we were on alert. (60 years old, Hiltons best base customers). Room appeared clean on surface but wiped down all the surfaces, switches etc anyway. We requested regular services and it was optional, we thought we'd see how it went. 3rd floor. 5 night stay for Grand children's B day. Carpet in hallways was atrocious dirty. Stains everywhere, debris on carpet. 2nd day we noticed on getting into the shower, dirt came off our feet from our rooms carpet and everyday we stayed there. Yes we wore shoes and short socks. So, in last three months of COVID slowdown, I'm sure the hotel had time to pull a floor out of service and get hallway cleaned, then individual rooms here and there the carpet professionally cleaned. 3rd day there was a "contaminated" Q-tip in elevators floor. It stayed there until we left on the 5th day departure. Breakfast was as expected, coffee and a bagel handed to you across desk. Last day Desk clerk had zero protection on, no mask, no gloves etc. She was the night desk staff. Overall, for a unheard of $63.50 a night rate at a Hampton Inn in the best part of Oklahoma City, Edmond, it felt like a Super 8 or worse. Hotel needs a deep cleaning. Just saying as a loyal Hilton Honors Gold customer.

    Not the usual quality I expect from Hampton Inn

    Check in was ok. The room was ok. We wanted a place for dinner that delivered to hotel. There was no sheet available at front desk with list of restaurants that deliver. Most other hotels have a list available for this. The clerk at desk was nice enough to write down a few places that she knew would deliver. We ate in the lobby because there wasn't enough room to eat in our room. In the morning I knew not to expect the usual buffet breakfast due to COVID. Nor only was there very little to offer, I had a bagel which was stale. I took it to the room & after 1 bite I threw it out. When my wife went down to get breakfast the person didn't offer much & my wife had to ask about each item. When she came back to the room, she didn't get some basic things for coffee, like creamer & sweetener. The person didn't offer & since it was all behind the desk, she had no way of knowing what was available. This wouldn't be our first choice if we stayed in Oklahoma City again.

    No internet

    No internet. Front desk refused refund and gave number to call for help but no answer twelve times. I had to use phone for internet. Why didnt front desk warn me before I got room? Why make me suffer?

    Worst place to stay dont come here!!!

    They were NOT following Covid cleaning rules. Even if Covid wasnt going on the room was absolutely disgusting! There were stains on the walls on the carpet, beds and on the ceiling. And the manager Kelly was being super rude when we politely asked for bedding because they forgot some. Then I went back down and asked for pillow cases because they forgot them and got attitude from the manager. There was also bottles filled with yellow substances in the closet. And the tub didnt drain. Also the lobby had absolutely disgusting floors for the day and a half we were there. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST!!!!! They also charged us for a night we didnt stay. Unbelievable!!!
