  Wow!

  I don't normally stay at Hampton Inn and Suites but I took a chance based on the reviews here and was pleasantly surprised. The room rate was very affordable and just off the highway. It was minutes away from our appointment. The room has spacious, clean and they had Neutrogena products in the bathroom! The staff was courteous. Masks were mandatory in the public areas. Breakfast was limited to pre-packaged food items like yogurt, coffee, milk cartons, package boiled eggs and bagels.

  Great except the neighbor

  I stayed here one night passing through town. I was traveling solo and mentioned that to the very friendly receptionist when I checked in. She really was friendly - a highlight of my brief stay. When I got to my room, I noticed it had an adjoining door. I thought this was weird when I mentioned I was traveling alone AND because of Covid. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt and thought there was nobody in that room as it was very quiet. Unfortunately, someone came back around 11pm and proceeded to cough loudly throughout the night. It was very disconcerting. The hotel didn't seem busy. I can't imagine why guests are assigned to rooms near each other, much less rooms with adjoining doors. The room was very, very clean and the furniture looked newish. There was a small fridge and a single cup coffeemaker in the room as well. Breakfast was good and as expected - bagels, cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt, etc - all prepackaged and ready to go. I had planned to eat in my room but it looked like seating was closed anyway. I would probably stay here again but make more of an issue about room selection next time.

  Hotel management is not qualified

  We booked room 4 nights through travelocity. Was charged again 2 nights from hotel. Called Sonny to get credit for extra 2 nights. He said yes he would reverse but did not. He wanted me to call travelocity and send him a credit card. Did not have empathy or want to clear up dispute.

  Nice property!

  We stopped at this property during cross country travel. Despite a slightly dated exterior, we were pleased to discover that our room and entire interior in this Hampton Inn were nicely updated and clean to standards. The breakfast was just okay even with consideration to COVID constraints. The staff we encountered were gracious and helpful....probably the nicest we have encountered at any Hampton Inn. On our return trip, we made a point to stop here again because our first stay was such a good one; we will do so again in the future when passing through Oklahoma City.

  Solid 1-night stay

  Stayed for one night. Hotel is right on I-35. Very convenient. Everything was in working order. Room was large. When walked in, there was a used chewing gum right on the night stand. Deducting 1 point for that. Didn't the cleaning crew see that? What happened there? Other than that, a pleasant stay. The hotel had individually wrapped breakfast. There is also a Cracker Barrel on the intersection. Also, there are a couple of nice Indian takeouts on the gas station on the south-bound side of I-35.
