  Clean, but shuttle service only partly convenient

  We booked for the Hilton reliability and got what we expected in all categories except for shuttle service. We would have waited for almost an hour for pickup (policy of once an hour). We were tired, of course, so we took an Uber. I could have chosen a different hotel w/o shuttle service in end.

  Great stay

  Clean. Friendly staff. Check in was smooth as was check out. Complimentary breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get to the Excel Center from this location. Only thing I was disappointed in is that they no longer have a hot tub.

  Great Part and Fly

  The people here are so accommodating, friendly, and gave us all the information needed. The ride to the airport is quick, and when we arrived back to MSP airport it only took them 5 min. to pick us up to take us to our car.

  New management is horrible

  We have been staying at this hotel frequently for 3 years and have loved every experience. However, we learned during our stay in July of 2020 that this hotel is under new management and we will never be staying here again. We are beyond disappointed with our experience here. There was a frat party outside Hampton Inn Minneapolis/Eagan for 3 nights in a row. Drinking in the parking lot & entrance of the hotel, playing yard games and drinking in the grass area, and smells like marijuana. Manager says theres nothing he can do about it. I find that hard to believe. We also stayed here for a long stay and chose the option to get our room cleaned every three days. Our room was cleaned on Sunday and on Wednesday after it wasnt cleaned, we asked why. We were told that we were counting incorrectly and that three days from Sunday was Thursday. We said okay and expected that the room would be clean on Thursday. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon and the room was FINALLY cleaned. I would no longer recommend this hotel for anyone.

  Staff is amazing!

  We stayed here at the end of August and let me tell you the staff here is amazing. Anything that we may or needed they helped as much as they could. I stayed here back in Feb and let me tell you it was a day and night difference from my last time I stayed. Sarah is amazing and Richard was great always friendly even when a guest was screaming at her for not letting her rent a room without an ID. Seeing her trying to do everything that she could and kept a smile on her face for everyone else is a gold star in my book. Thank you again for making my stay amazing I can not wait to come back in Jan for my trip!
