  Rock hard beds

  Beds extremely uncomfortable, considered sleeping in car would have been softer. Breakfast had lots of choices and checkin was fast. Location felt safe and close to places we wanted to go, but those beds gotta go

  Excellent Hotel

  Would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting in same area. Staff was great, room was very nice and clean. Complementary breakfast had a great variety of choices and tasted very good. Also had a great shuttle service if needed.

  Great Service!

  Not going to lie, the hotel is a little farther than what I wanted when staying in the area. However the service at the hotel always makes it worth it for the extra few minutes. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to the man who checked me in! Definitely staying again next time I'm in town.

  No problems

  Nice clean updated place, service was friendly and warm. workout room and pool area although small was nice. Not a problem sleeping even when 4 tour buses of high school concert band students rolled in.

  Still manages a good breakfast

  Since this hotel has no reviews since Covid hit, I thought a new review is needed. Many hotels have dropped or limited their breakfast offerings due to new restrictions. Recently this hotel started offering a fairly complete breakfast. They offered egg and cheese omelettes, breakfast burritos, egg and sausage muffins (all individually wrapped and ready to be microwaved -- probably prepared onsite). Also have hard boiled eggs, yogurt, store-bought muffins, mini-donuts, mini-bagels, etc., fruit cup, juices and coffee. Everything is individually wrapped (including the plastic silverware). Glad they make a good effort for breakfast. Room was clean and quiet (only heard a crying baby next door when I went out into the hallway) and had a large walk-in shower. Unfortunately, they do not do any cleaning / servicing of the room during your stay -- it is like you keep the "do not disturb" sign on all the time -- no making the bed, fresh towels, empty the trash, etc. You can request fresh towels at the front desk and they are happy to give them. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very convenient to I-494, airport, Mall of America, etc. Swimming pool is open. Right now was an excellent value at $72 / night including tax!
