  Mini Vacation

  We were only in town for one night but had a wonderful stay. This hotel was very clean and in a great location and the breakfast was really good. It is very close to the Louisville Zoo and the Louisville Mega Cavern which I highly recommend doing. I would definitely stay here again.

  Good Value Stay

  We had to get out of my house for sale for the showings. My son and I had a great time. The hotel feels brand new. It is a very nice facility with a good workout room and great pool with outside area attached. Breakfast had a lot of options and I like the fresh fruit at the check in desk. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

  I recently had to move my daughter home from college. This was one of the hotels in the area that offered free hotel rooms for health care workers. It was greatly appreciated and I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you. The hotel was super clean and comfortable!

  Very nice property- Can't say the same for the staff

  I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and used points for this stay. My college roommate and I stayed at this property for two nights while in town to celebrate the Kentucky Derby. Despite the Derby eliminating fans this year, we had already booked our travel. The hotel is located not far from Interstate 264 and is a short distance from numerous amenities. While we found the property to be delightful; the staff was not. Apart from Betty Gresham and a gentleman who covered her shift on Saturday evening, we found all staff interactions less than acceptable. The front desk staff was not helpful. The restaurant staff did not do a good job managing breakfast on the mornings we were there. One morning before 9:30 am several basic items had not been replenished. On the 2nd morning, again basic items and condiments were out well before the closing time. I had to inform the staff that the water coming from the dispenser had what looked like mold in it. Other than staff mentioned, I was not impressed by the staff and would likely stay at another Hilton property when in the area again. Note: Fitness center and outdoor patio open; minimal wipes provided in rooms

  Clean and quiet during COVID pandemic

  My Dad & I stayed one night while driving across the country. During this COVID pandemic, I especially wanted a clean room and we got that. It was quiet with comfortable beds and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was limited but there were warm breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, wrapped pastries, wrapped fruit and plenty of juice and coffee.
