  Excellent!

  No negatives here! I LOVE the "digital key" system - it was awesome! Simply download the Hilton Honors app, and away you go! After a 10 hour drive, we used the digital key to enter the building and our room with no hassles. No need to check-in at the front desk. We were able to "pick" our room. With their excellent website, we could see a map of the hotel and know exactly which door to enter and where our room was. Next, the room was immaculate and our king-sized bed was very comfortable. And considering this hotel is quite close to I-80, it was very quiet. After a not so nice experience at a motel the night before, this was so refreshing! We travel I-80 once a year and this will be one of our, "stay at" places.

  Nice

  I spent one night here and it was very nice. The indoor pool is open but you must make a reservation. The reservation is for 90 minutes - which is more time than I needed. In the morning, the desk clerk got me a cup of coffee and some orange juice. The coffee was prepared perfectly. She also offered to toast bread, muffin or a bagel if I wanted. I did take a 'breakfast on the go' bag in the morning. Well maintained and very clean.

  Sloppy hotel

  I am a Hilton Diamond, but very disappointed with the Lincoln Hampton Inn. Entering room the toilet had fecal stains. Worse- next morning we discovered the refrigerator wasn't working. I informed the front desk clerk that it wasn't working, and he proceeded to tell me how the maids sometimes turn them off. And this is during COVID- more than 1 guest walked in the hotel with no mask and nobody said anything to them. And there was no newspaper or hot breakfast. Very disappointed in the Lincoln Hampton

  Good Hotel!

  I stayed at this hotel for one night during my midwest road trip. I was assigned room 325. My rate including all taxes was $101.81 for the night. Service - Service was great! The female who assisted me during check-in was very friendly and quick. She welcomed me, thanked me for my Diamond status, and was wearing a mask covering her nose and mouth. There was a gentleman at the front desk when I came back from dinner. He answered my questions clearly and with a smile! Room - Room was perfect. It was large and sparking clean. Super comfortable king size bed. Great shower with glass sliding doors. Right amount of bathroom counter space for your toiletries. Great working AC. Mini-refrigerator. Great wi-fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Super comfortable desk chair. Hotel Information - Hotel has 86 rooms and four floors. It is your standard Hampton Inn lobby.....bright, clean, and simple! Location - It is located near Lincoln Airport (LNK) in a rather blighted area with many other hotels in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to a McDonald's and a Mexican restaurant, but that is pretty much it. A condemned Travelodge by Wyndham is directly in front of the hotel. It is about four miles or eight minutes from downtown Lincoln, Nebraska State Capitol, etc. I recommend this property and I would consider staying here again if my travels ever bring me back to the area!

  Comfy room, but noise issues

  Clean and welcoming room. But my first choice top floor king room had a very loud intermittent noise - I'd guess a roof compressor unit. It was like being on a cruise ship near the engine room! A quick phone call got a fast and courteous room change. Second room was across the hall and quieter but still impacted. Otherwise all was good! (Though in Covid era - bag breakfast was too heavy on sugar, and I didn't want to take the time to request additional items) I would stay here again, but avoid room 401.
