Buena estancia, por una nochePase la noche en el hotel para tomar vuelo al dia siguient, como todos los hampton cuenta con desayuno incluido, recamaras limpias, todo muy bien. recomendado para su siguente estancia. ademas queda super cerca del aerpuerto.

Hector ViruegaExcelente servicio. Buena ubicación. Sería bueno que contaran con un shuttle al aeropuerto. Los Hampton Inn siempre son una garantía. Estaba en remodelación, seguramente quedará muy bien cuando esté listo.

Extremely UnprofessionalStephanie at the Front Desk on 12/24 7:20am is the RUDEST person I have ever had to deal with and I'm Gold! To start she wasn't even at the Front Desk. She was sitting down on her phone as I stood at the Front Desk waiting for service. Other Guests came down to check out, got sick of waiting and ended up leaving. I had to CALL the Front Desk to get her attention. Then I asked for a few items. She was extremely rude the entire time, rolling her eyes, and making huffing noises. I'm sorry, am I inconveniencing you? I held my tongue. As I walked away, her attitude peaked as she sarcastically yelled after me "umm YOUR WELCOME". The few other Guests in the lobby all stopped and stared. Are you kidding me? Your screaming after me in the Lobby? Who do you think you are? This is the most unprofessional, unacceptable behavior I have ever witnessed. This is not my first time staying here, this may be my first time ending my stay early and going to another Hilton. The Manager is Dot? Do you have any idea of the Hotel your running? How do you allow this!

Great Stay!Friendly & hospitable staff and we had a quick check in. Large, double-queen room was clean and fresh-smelling. Comfortable furnishings and not worn or run down. Beds were a little firm for our personal preferences but quite comfortable and we slept fine. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Bathroom was a little small but very clean and with fresh, full towels, etc. The pool was a genuinely heated indoor pool...not cold whatsoever and very enjoyable; we also enjoyed the hot tub. Current health practices prohibited the usual hot breakfast typical of Hampton Inns but there were muffins, bagels, hot/cold cereal choices, and bananas for choosing. The coffee was great! We had a great stay with no issues at all.

Excellent, clean stayMy wife and I decided to take the kids to their cousin's house for the evening and got-away here locally. We made our reservation and checked-in with the Hilton App, which was incredibly easy. Upon arrival, we chose our room and used the digital key on our app. The room was nice and clean with all expected amenities. Now we chose this hotel because it had both a hot-tub and pool. We enjoyed both during our stay, although the hot tub was actually just a touch too-hot. The bed slept very nicely, the shower was hot in the morning. The breakfast needs a little help. I think Hampton could encourage their properties to bring back a full, hot breakfast at this point, since we all understand the COVID requirements. Having someone serve eggs and sausage wouldn't be too much to ask, especially since you're already taking your breakfast back to your room. The other items are essentially grab-n-go anyway. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. We checked-out on our app and got our receipt e-mail to us as well.
