No covid precautions. At check-in, none of the workers at the front desk were wearing masks. None were wearing them at the front desk anytime during my 3-day stay. There were no signs about wearing masks or social distancing near the elevator like all other Hiltons I have stayed at. The room door did not have a "clean seal" on it. The rear doors were propped open with rocks.

New Isn't Necessarily BetterAlthough a relatively new Inn, that is the problem. The lighting in the bathroom is very good, however, the "new" style lamps are cheap - mine had to be replaced. They made the cheap mistake of the light switch in the bathroom also controlling the fan - the fan was exceptionally loud! The pillows were very limp and unsuitable for good sleep. Currently, the rooms are only attended to every 3 to 5 days.

Hilton Connecting Room PolicyBooked a single 2 Queen room. Called back asking if they had connecting rooms on 10/2. They said they did but I would have to do a 1 King room that would connect to a 2 Queen room. I said ok. I went to do online check in on the way to hotel and they told me I have the two rooms but not connecting. I explained I booked at that hotel based on having connecting rooms. The hotel told me they dont guarantee connecting rooms. I went on to explain that I was told I would have connecting rooms they said sorry but they did not have any available. I was so mad i told them just cancel and they told me that since i did online check in that i could not cancel the one room even though what I ordered was not actually available. I then called Hilton customer support who told me the same sorry we dont guarantee connecting rooms. They did contact hotel and cancels both rooms at no charge. After searching other hotels there were none available. I had to call back this hotel and boom the 2 Queen room for $70 more. I contacted another Hilton property in Baltimore that I reserved connecting rooms for to confirm those are connecting rooms and told sorry we cant guarantee connecting rooms so basically they tell you what you want to hear when booking rooms and then when you show up sorry we cant guarantee connecting rooms! Done with Hiltons!

Excellent StaffMy husband and I stayed at this hotel when we were in town for a funeral. Besides the immaculate hotel grounds, lobby and room the staff was unbeatable! From the minute we arrived they were friendly, courteous and helpful. Even making special arrangements for our small group to use a conference room so we could visit and social distance at the same time. Kudos to everyone we interacted with here!

Highly disappountedThis is a new motel...we were in room 220...the water knob and faucet were sloppily loose... They have a no coffee policy, here... I am a "Road Warrior" business person...their work station or desk area had no lamp or light close by... My life does not mind hotel fees... My objection is to sparseness the 1st hotel in Pennsylvania with a no coffee policy without informing you... Number 2 objection is paying for fees and a teeny room and spartan-like atmosphere... Pure and simple...it is a glorified Econolodge.
