  Love Roberto and his staff!

  Roberto and his staff are amazing! They have great hospitality and just treat you with the upmost respect, the rooms at this hotel are very large, affordable, and just immaculate. They apply seal's on every room after they have cleaned and sanitized them so you know you're getting a freshly cleaned & sanitized room. In my opinion, the only improvement this place needs is an on-site bar! Overall experience, it was amazing and I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend to my friends in a heartbeat!

  It was just okay

  Obviously, COVID has changed everything, but instead of the usual included hot breakfast they handed each of us a bag of carbs (orange, protein bar, icky muffin, and water) Decent coffee was available. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, unusual shower style. No easy mirror for makeup. TV worked well but it links to Video on Demand that the hotel does not offer, so you waste time trying to get it to work and then "Oh, we don't offer that."

  Friendly staff, spacious room

  Located just off I-95, great option if you are just traveling through Kalamazoo. Room was clean, very large, and comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. All employees we observed were complying with face mask protocol. The to-go breakfast could have had more nutritious options. It consisted of a granola bar, unripe orange, and overly-sweet muffin.

  Overall nice, some details lacking. Staff not following COVID protocol.

  Masks are supposedly required in all public areas. However, the woman running the front desk, does not wear a mask. Not just behind the desk behind a plexiglass partition. A, there is no partition. B, I saw her in the 4th floor hallway without a mask as well. We booked a king studio room, which has a king size bed and a pull out couch. The room is well laid out and nicely designed. The bed is quite firm. My wife loved it, it was a bit too firm for my preference. A few nits to pick. There was only an outlet on one side of the bed. The toilet paper is worse than TP at the middle school I teach at. The extra blanket in the closet was ... Crispy. The one real letdown was the moldy failing caulk joint at the base of the tub.

  Great Overnight Stay

  Stayed here for one night . Had a king Studio with a sleeper sofa. Rooms X04 will be the same. Great room...very clean. Nice to have the cleaned sticker on the door. Huge shower with the sliding glass doors. Like those much better than the tub combination. Comfortable bed. Breakfast kind of meh....since "Covid" only have a bag breakfast. I have stayed at other Hamptons during this pandemic, and they had it set up so that the employees got everything for you in the breakfast area. Seemed to work well. Not sure if this is a state specific thing, or if this one just chooses to do it this way. But be aware, that not a real breakfast. Other than that, quiet clean hotel!
