  Great service!

  Tali at the front desk and the woman who prepared breakfast the 3 mornings we were at your hotel were especially helpful and welcoming. Their kind service is one of the big reasons we stay at this hotel every time we come to Idaho Falls.

  Great hotel close to everything

  We've stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and will again. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet. On this visit we spent quite a bit of time at the hospital and running errands. The medical center area is within walking distance. The mall is directly across the street, movie theaters are less than a mile away and there are many restaurants also within a short walk. We highly recommend it.

  Newly remodeled and nice

  Rooms are newly remodeled, clean, and nicely set up. Our room was large and quiet. Lots of USB outlets. The breakfast buffet was lacking in gluten-free options, but the hostess cooked some sausages just for me. Breakfast smoothies were really good! Staff was friendly and helpful. A good place to stay.

  Good hotel, many food options around, thin walls

  Very nice hotel, room was big and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was not wearing a mask which is unfortunate but he was very friendly. The front desk was large enough he was at least 6 feet away. Nice gym and pool. Only complaint was how thin the walls are. Many hotel have thin walls but holy cow, you could hear EVERYTHING happening outside and in the nearby rooms. Every time someone was in the hallway, people in the other rooms talking, other rooms going to the bathroom, I mean everything. Unfortunately we were there when there was a massive group of screaming children on the same floor so it was annoying but thats not the hotels fault. Just something it be aware of. Good hotel, great location, at least 10 min off the highway but lots of food around. Would recommend, just cross your fingers there are no sports teams or groups of loud children on your floor!

  Awesome, Friendly Staff, Clean, Remodeled

  We stayed here the first night of a big vacation, having flown all day and driven 4 hours more. The young man at the desk welcomed his weary travelers with a warm smile and an efficient check-in, good tunes playing in the background. Breakfast was less than usual due to the Covid regulations but was nourishing and satisfying. The morning staff was just as welcoming and eager to tend to our every need, apologizing that they were unable to provide their usual hot breakfast choices. We are easy to please, not picky, and very understanding, so this was not an issue. We were embarking on an incredible trip and left happy that morning. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
