  I give this hotel 4 stars. I would recommended this hotel for family and groups. Hotel is in an excellent part of Dover downs casino and restaurants. The staff was friendly and made my one night stay enjoyable.

  Front desk

  TYRA was amazing from the moment we walked into the hotel. She set up our room and asked how we were doing, had a folding bed sent to our room and gave us menus to take to our room. Even gave my youngest a bottle of water. She told us about breakfast and called to make sure we got the bed and anything else we needed. She really made a good impression on my girls because the next day they insisted we stop and get her a candy bar because she was so nice. Definitely gonna stay here the next time we come to Dover.

  Fantastic Hotel - Great Staff and Clean Rooms

  Highly recommend this location and hotel. Am a frequent traveler and the Hampton Hilton brand went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and breakfast great. Kevin Maloney and his team rock!

  Rodent in the Room

  Right before check out as my family gathered the last of our belongings, a rodent appeared from under the HVAC unit. Boldly at 1137am. Nearly injurying myself as my family and ran out of the room, we notified the housekeeper in the hallway. She apologized and immediately went downstairs to inform the front desk. Right after we gathered the remaining items in the room and approached the front desk to check out. Visible nervous and unable to gather myself the front desk agent never looked at me or apologized for the incident. I questioned if the housekeeper had informed her of the incident she responded yes without acknowledging me or offering an apology or even water tea anything for my shakiness. She slipped a paper under the Covid-19 barrier and stated "please sign this I took off 1 night". She never looked at me or apologized for the incident. This is our 3rd time staying at the hotel , it will be the last. No compassion or empty from the front desk agent. Poor customer service.

  Close and Clean

  Only stayed for a night, it was a quick trip. The hotel was in a central location. Close to everything and not to far from Delaware beaches. The hotel was clean the staff was friendly. All staff and guest are required to wear mask when walking around the hotel and their were hand sanitizer stations at the key access points. I would stay here again.
