  Desafortunada estadia por 22 dias

  La amabilidad y buena dispocicion de servicio de las poersonas de recepcion, contrastan mucho con el pesimo servicio de limpieza de mi habitacion y la poco comodidad de las camas. no me ofrecieron opciones viables aun y cuando tenia una reservacion por mas de 20 dias

  Very nice place, undergoing renovation

  We stayed here for two nights while attending a funeral in Columbia. The hotel staff was to a person polite and professional, and we had no trouble arriving. The room was very clean and well-appointed, with a nice-sized refrigerator and microwave. The HVAC wasn't working, which the staff quickly assessed and corrected. Breakfast was particularly well done, with a nice selection. The place is undergoing some renovation which led to some hiccups, such as our key cards not working on the external doors. However, we would definitely return next time we are in Comumbia.

  Pet deposit

  This is very much a base bottom hotel. The bathroom door stuck and was very difficult to get into the bathroom. once you got it closed it was almost impossible to open. The service was less than desirable. We had a service dog and was told that there was a PET DEPOSIT, by the front desk staff. We were more than happy to pay the pet deposit for our service dog. We made sure there was absolute not so much as a drop of dog food on the floor when we left. This dog is completely trained and is vital to our daily lives. When we got home we had a $250 PET CHARGE that the manager refused to refund. This is completely not what the front desk stated. If we had been properly informed we would have happily gone to one of the other 5 hotels at this exit. I can not even tell you how disappointment I am in the way the staff handled this situation and I highly suggest you try one of the other hotels at this exit. If I could give this location less than 1 star all the way around I most certainly would.

  Great Hotel - right off the road

  Another wonderful Hampton experience. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Wonderful and friendly staff to greet you when you arrive. No concerns with cleanliness or COVID protocols. Would stay there again if in the area.

  Great stay and very helpful and friendly front desk staff

  Room was very clean, nice limited hot breakfast. VERY friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great experience. Will definitely return. Cleaning ladies very also very friendly. Good location to Roy Feeks concert place.
