Stayed for businessHotel is a bit dated but the staff were friendly, and the room was kept very clean. The breakfast was standard hotel fare, but it was also conveniently located near a few restaurants. As far as Hampton Inns go, Id stay here again.

Hotel is DatedThe hotel needs to be updated. Not in the scale of other Hampton Inns I frequent. Breakfast area is small. Hotel reception was slow at check-in. Hotel is close to Interstates to get you East/West/North/South. Some dining spots are close.

Expected ComfortThis hotel offers exactly what I have come to expect from this brand. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and efficient. Having a hot breakfast available is super convenient. I plan to stay here my next trip to this area.

Hampton in Tinley ParkWe were in town for a funeral and this was an overall good location for us. No complaints on the hotel. Breakfast could have had a little more variety but not bad overall. We would recommend this hotel.

Tinley Park for My Son's ConfirmationAs a former hotel manager, I understand that stressful times can cause a lapse in outstanding customer service. However, once the first slip up is made, it is very difficult for a hotel to recover. This Hampton Inn was a comedy of errors. My 8 year old son and I arrived for my son's Confirmation at St. Julie's in Tinley Park. We had just arrived after a long roadtrip from West Des Moines, Iowa. The hotel was able to accommodate our early arrival (approximately 12pm) on Saturday August 8th. At check-in, the agent/manager questioned my departure date. She stated that I had a reservation for 2 nights instead of 1. She checked to see if the hotel had received a fax from Booking.com. No fax. She then informed me that she would have to charge me for 2 nights plus the $25 incidental deposit. Luckily, I was able to retrieve the updated confirmation through my email. The entire ordeal took approximately 10 minutes. I also inquired about the pool. I was informed that it was closed indefinitely due to COVID-19. Neither Booking.com or TripAdvisor have updated their apps to notify potential guests. The next interaction was with the evening agent/manager. Very pleasant. She was able to assist me with a WiFi issue. On Sunday when we checked out, there was one one at the front desk that I could address these issues with. Also, there were no boxed breakfasts that were promised. This morning (Monday the 10th), I checked my bank account. The Hampton Inn charged my card twice. When I called a little while ago, I spoke to the Assistant GM. She informed me that there was an issue with their system. She informed me that it generally takes up to 3 to 5 business days to be released with a maximum of 30 days and if it wasn't released within 5 days to contact my bank. Finally, an apology. And, "How about I throw some points at you?" Seriously? I am not happy. I am an HHonors Silver member. We will most likely not be staying at that property again.
