  Great Covid adjustments

  Made reservation with ease. Showered up later in the evening, with no problems checking in. Our room was ready with roll out bed and extra linens. Was extremely happy they hadn't closed their fitness center. They hung signs stating one person workout at a time, and sanitize equipment after use. Pool was still open too. And, they had a great system for hot breakfast in the morning! Unlike other hotels handing out grab n go bags, we got scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits. The only critique was ants we found in our room.

  Wedding Guests

  My daughter was recently married and Hampton Inn Ooltewah was the hotel our guests stayed at. They were very kind and accommodating. They handed out our thank you bags. Our guests were all comfortable and the location was perfect with regard to the distance to our venue. Yhank you!

  Nice hotel Off I-75 near Walmart Supercenter.

  My wife and I enjoyed early check in for our 1 night stay using a hotel reservation. A nice masked receptionist behind glass checked my identity, took my credit card payment then issued our key cards. We took one of the 2 elevators up to the 2nd floor and broke the Covid cleaning seal to our room. Carpeted #204 is spacious, beginning with a fully outfitted bathroom with tub shower, then closet, coffee, refer and micro across a comfortable king bed, then chair and large desk across a regular sized TV (48 channels) on a dresser. We had good closed WiFi, quiet AC/heat, swam in their large heated indoor pool with hot tub but did not use the 4 station gym. Covid signs were posted with staff and guests compliant. The excellent 6 AM breakfast of hot attendant-served choices include scrambled eggs, potatoes, grits, oatmeal, sausage and biscuits, then self-service choices from a table and refrigerator of fruit, OJ, yogurt, milks, muffins, sweet rolls, cereals and coffees. We had a nice stay at this clean 116 room hotel paying $112 per night.

  Will be back

  My husband and I stayed here twice, once on our way through Ooltewah and once on our way back. The staff was very friendly each time, from the check-in to the check-out. They wore masks, stayed distant. The hotel is very clean and quiet, in a well-lit parking lot near the highway. Even that close to the interstate, the rooms were quiet. First visit was room 406, quiet, clean. Next was room 224. There was a weird dripping sound or something above the bathroom in that one, like a drain above the room or something, but it was quiet and stopped eventually. Probably a shower, not an issue. Water pressure is great, nice hot showers, Neutrogena products that are great quality. The beds need some work, kind of lumpy, but not horrible. We will be making this same road trip twice more, and will stay in this hotel every time.

  Typical Hampton Inn stay

  We stopped here while traveling. It was a little challenging to locate from the highway, but we really had no problems with our stay. Typical Hampton Inn without any problems. We are really tired of the grab bag breakfast that Hampton is still doing with COVID. This hotel didn't even have any fresh fruit in the breakfast! It's really time to let people use their own brains to protect themselves and stop offering limited breakfast that is not safe for folks with allergies and food intolerances.
