  Great Staff

  Traveled early March (before the shutdown). Easy access right off the interstate, many, many dining options essentially adjacent to property. Anything you could want. Nice Hampton, standard breakfast. I have to say this: there was a tornado warning during our stay. Being from Dixie Alley, we went downstairs, there was an alert given to the entire hotel, and the front staff, I believe, called every occupied room in the hotel. No damage to hotel, but there was in adjacent town. Could not praise them highly enough.

  Would Definitely Stay Here Regularly!

  We booked this hotel on an overnight as we were traveling through, and I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this hotel is! Great staff, service and exceptional quality of rooms and hotel property, plus a fantastic breakfast to boot! The hotel is also in a great location to many restaurants. The only down-side was that we booked the hotel for the pool (traveling with an 8-year-old), and the pool was closed due to COVID-19.

  Truly the best!

  After a not so pleasant stay at another hotel arriving here was a breath of fresh air. When we checked in we greeted with smiles and a sense of professionalism. They acknowledged our elite status and provided us with a gift. Our room was clean well apportioned and inviting. No stains or broken pieces nor light bulbs. We asked about places to eat and were given a number of choices. They were just helpful in everything we asked for The next morning my wife's hair dryer broke and the front office staff provided us a new one within minutes. In our 2 nights there we had interactions with a number of staff. All were pleasant, professional and helpful. Our stay could not have been better.

  Hotel breakfast staff member went above expectations!!

  Staying at the hotel working COVID-19 at a nearby Veterans Home through the Department of Veterans Affair DEMPS program. Had told the breakfast lady, Denise, that Im Jewish and dont eat pork. She made me a non-pork breakfast, with turkey sausage. She made it especially for me as the regular breakfast included pork. She went above and beyond without being asked to. Great customer service at Cape Girardeau!!! Denise needs acknowledged for her great care of guests!!!

  Great!

  Hampton is always our first choice. This one did not disappoint. The easy check in and out on the app is terrific. During this time of Covid we felt safe. Our room was clean and had the sticker on the door showing it had been sanitized. Plenty of towels and tp/kleenex in the room. Sanitizer located in various locations throughout. Employees wearing masks. A few guests were not. Breakfast was great. Staff filled our plates for us and we carried it back to our room. Great nights sleep and would definitely stay again.
