Nice hotel but location not great!Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and they had a guest laundry but did not have coins so we had to go to the bar next door to the hotel to get change. Hotel is located in more of an industrial area so there was not a lot of restaurants nearby. We ended up ordering UberEats for dinner delivery. Free breakfast was limited due to the covid but they had hot breakfast burritos which is more then most Hampton Inn's offer these days so that was great!

Basic and great for a one-night stayWife, 3 boys, and I stayed two separate times at this location both about a week apart from each other. We were on our way to and from Glacier NP and Coeur d'Alene, ID and this is a great half-way stopping point from our home in Denver. It's definitely not a bad place at all. Up-keep is good even though this is an older location. The property is kept clean, pool area was nice, same with the lobby, breakfast area and hallways. The rooms are on the smaller side and a family of 5 was a bit tight in there. But, for a one-night stay, that's about all we need anyway. But the room itself was adequate. Really could have used a microwave to avoid us going out to get meals especially since we brought our own food. They no longer have a grill on their nice patio area on the west side of the building so that was a bummer for us since we had food with us and could have used a grill. To find fast food, you'll need to go about 2-3 miles to the west on King Avenue, depending on what you are looking for and even then it's still quite difficult to get to due to the railroad cutting right through the area. There are two sit-down restaurants within walking distance, but fast food is not close by. So location isn't the greatest especially when it comes to food options. But it is easy to get to off I-90, there's a gas station right down the street for easy fill-up before returning to the interstate. All in all, great stays, breakfast attendant was awesome and doing the absolute best she can despite all circumstances, and front desk employees were attentive and also doing the best they can as well. So if you're just looking for a nice place to crash after a long day on the road, this is ideal. If Billings is your destination and you'll be there for more than a couple days, I'd recommend finding another Hilton-owned property.

Great place and location! The location of the hotel is great, but you have to accept the noise of the interstate 90. It was a constant background noise, which took a little to adapt. But slept very well. The breakfast was limited to an omelet and some links, but at least something warm to eat in the morning as well as yogurt and coffee. Enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay in Billings!Friendly employees...clean rooms...nice pool. we recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for a family activity in Billings. Kyle, at the Front Desk, was pleasant and got us checked in quickly. He answered our 6 year old granddaughter's question about the pool as politely as he had the adults. Our room was very clean. TV remote was wrapped. Bed was comfortable. The pool was open (to the delight of our granddaughter). The pool are was clean and, because it was mid-week, we were the only guests using. On site breakfast was good. We've stayed here previously when in Billings and have always had a pleasant stay.
