  Small things add up

  Checked other reviews to confirm my issues. 1. Interstate traffic noise is very loud. I also heard a couple of trains with their horns during the night. Ive been up since 3 AM. 2. Thermostat does not keep a constant, comfortable temp and the unit was loud. 3. TV remote did not function correctly. Called front desk to request a replacement and never heard back from them. The back of the remote had also had a sticker that was half way ripped off and sticker glue was all over it. Made me wonder about how much attention they give to proper cleaning. I am a loyal Hilton customer and have been staying exclusively at Hilton properties during the pandemic because I feel they have done a good job of adjusting to our new COVID world (keyless entry and app check in/out, sanitation) Hate be so negative on this property but I was just very disappointed with my stay. On the good side, they are a pet friendly hotel and there is a very nice dog park next door.

  Disappointed

  If you have a long drive next day morning or a business meeting in the morning, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. One of the guests was harassing us, calling in our room early morning, at 4.30-5.00 am on 01/02/21 and the hotel staff has no clue or way to help us. Basically, we couldn't get asleep. The hotel staff can't find the the culprit or give us insurance that this won't happen again. The hotel front desk supervisor name - Ambrose

  What a pleasant experience at the Hampton Inn. Arashon, (spelling), at the front desk made this an easy check in. Great personality and professional attitude. Nice, clean and spacious room. Well definitely return.

  Good for Overnight Stop on I-95

  Pros: just off highway; well-appointed, clean rooms that appear recently refurbished or new; pleasant front desk staff; adjacent large, municipal dog park convenient for those with dogs Cons: highway traffic noise in room, room noise from occupants on floor above; pet fee increased from booking date to date of stay

  Great experience!

  WOW! What a lovely place to stay for the night. We were traveling and needed someplace right off 95 that was pet friendly. And if there weren't dogs in the hallway, you wouldn't know this was so pet friendly, as it is SPOTLESS. Their pet fee is very reasonable. The room was spacious and clean, and there were plenty of spots to walk the dog outside, including a dog park right next door! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was still offered in the time of COVID - it was either grab and go or a staffer prepared the meal. I have no negatives about this place. I would absolutely stay here again.
