  Overall Great Stay!

  This Hampton Inn is a newer property that is very nice. Upon entering our room it smelled fresh and clean. The bed's were a little firm for our liking. Upon checking in we were told that a hot breakfast is offered. However, the only hot item we saw was a toaster. We enjoyed the indoor pool. It is also conveniently located to many different dining options. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

  Unfriendly

  Very unfriendly staff at check in and the gentleman didnt wear a mask at check out. The room was fine and it was quite. The bed and pillows were comfortable. If you could get the staff to be more pleasant with the customer and try and smile and enjoy their job it would go a long way.

  Clean, comfortable, and very courteous staff!

  We had to drive down with a family emergency from Ohio, find a hotel at 8:30 at night, the welcoming staff very helpful and polite! The gentleman that helped us get our rooms and get checked in was awesome and even helped with local food suggestions and walked my daughter to/from our room/pool to fix our room key, we even asked for late checkout due to our family emergency and the lady working the desk Elizabeth was more than accommodating, even threw in a surprise for my son, she was smiley, I could tell my her eyes even through her mask, so polite and extra helpful with our room keys again (it locked us out due to the late checkout), the gentleman that checked us in and Elizabeth really just made us feel like there are still genuinely good people out there! The beds were awesome, very clean and comfortable, great pillows, the rooms were clean and the showers were phenomenal!!! Overall 5/5 from us! Thanks again, we will return and next time look for Hampton no matter where we go!

  This is a Hampton Inn?

  The hotel gets great reviews on Trip Advisor and we know why! (There are 2 Hamptons in Kennesaw by the way. Pick this one!) The lobby is decorated more like a luxury property. Staff (Elizabeth) was all friendly and helpful. Hotel is VERY clean. In GA people dont wear masks but the staff did and so did we. Our room was decorated like it was just finished yesterday. Cute artwork with KSU tower -fun call out to the local university. Nice sized fridge, large shower with a cool rolling door. And the bed was so comfortable! I didnt know that a Hampton Inn could be so nice!! My only complaint? Decaf coffee wasnt hot, it was barely warm.

  Excellent Hotel Near the University

  Stayed here for 2 nights while our softball team played Kennesaw State. Exceptionally friendly front desk and clean, quiet rooms. I especially like the heavy soundproof curtains that the hotel uses. I absolutely would stay here again, although the breakfast was a little light.
