  One night stay

  We stayed at this property one night while passing through. I can't say enough good things about the Covid precautions they were taking. Desk clerk had on a mask and there was a protective barrier at the front desk. They had a cup of "clean" pens and a cup for used pens. Wipes were in baskets around the lobby. The seal was on the door of our room. They seemed to be following all of the Hilton CleanStay protocols. Thank you for making it a little bit easier to be comfortable while traveling during the pandemic.

  A Very Good Choice

  This hotel was very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and good policies related to facemasks, cleaning and social distancing during this COVID era. Hand sanitizer and wipes available in several locations. We stayed twice in two weeks, at the beginning and end of our road trip; consistently very good both stays. We liked the option to choose our own room in the Hilton app; it worked great on our first stay, but wasnt functioning on our second stay. The in-app online check-in and digital room key worked conveniently and flawlessly both times. We were greeted by friendly staff with masks from behind a plastic barrier. They hunted down a luggage cart for us and sanitized it with us watching. The room was small, but very clean, including fridge and microwave. Bed was too firm for one of us, but great for the other :) Due to pandemic, no breakfast buffet. Instead they offered complimentary carry out paper bag with packaged muffin, granola bar, orange, and prepackaged egg sandwich you could heat in the microwave in your room. Coffee, hot water for tea, and bottle of juice also included. The hotel is located conveniently near interstate, but not noisy, high on a hill in a rural area, and felt safe. There is a gas station with convenience store at the bottom of the hill. We heard that there are many restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes drive. Great find!

  Outstanding Staff

  The staff is the HEART of this hotel! Ashley was so kind, and understanding, when helping us modify our reservationsuch a beautiful example of the spirit of hospitality! We have stayed here before, and this continues to be our go to Hampton Inn while we visit family. Solid, clean, and a well kept property!

  Another great stay

  This hotel is perfect in every way for its price range, I really have come to look forward to staying here. The staff is always pleasant, and patient with requests. If you want a super-clean, QUIET motor hotel off I-80, this is the one for you.

  Racist

  I have been staying at the Hampton Inn in Sharon Pennsylvania ever since they built the hotel several years ago. I have never been dismissed from my room not have I ever had a complaint up until my last day. The assistant manager was very rude I didnt get the room that I originally asked for, the TV was broken And she refused to give us another one and they charged me for it after I showed the front desk clerk that it was damaged, and ultimately she ended up calling the police on me and I voluntarily left on my own. I complained with the corporate, talked to the general manager who stuck up for the assistant manager, had plenty people come on my social media page and tell me about the bad experiences they had as Black people staying at that particular hotel and left voluntarily on their own as well, and was charged $250 for a TV that I did not damage. After speaking with the general manager she accused me of raising my voice at her which I did not and she took up for the assistant general manager so I will make sure I continue on letting others know about the racism that I experienced as well as many others I have found out and if you are a person of color do not spend your money there. I had spoke with an employee that works there and they told me that they were not surprised of my experience and the manager automatically assumed it was a housekeeper that I talked to when in fact it was not so that furthermore let me know about what they think about people of color that only a housekeeper would tell me about the negative relations that people had at that hotel.
