BUSINESS TRIPLobby is very contemporary feel. Sneeze guards on counter tops to protect checking in guest and front desk staff. turn around a bitter sweet site of a breakfast bar. the elevator was very loud and slow but got me to the correct floor. while on the 2 floor, I had hoped the view was good. I see my car so im happy. the bed was amazing and confortable along with each pillow. the only thing I was sadly missing was my little puppers Rookie. :) . missed him so much. Horrible all the way aroundI have stayed at Hampton inn.suites before and never had a problem. This particular one I would recomend..Stay away home. They overbooked my reservation. The lady up front said they had been calling me all day to let me know, but no call. Then she tells me it was their fault and my money would be refunded within 5 days. It never was. I called back 10 days later and was told it was in process and would receive it in 48 hours. Nothing. Since then I've called and have been told Raj, the manager would call me back, he was in a meeting. 10 times no callback. This happened with my sister in law 3 months ago but assumed it was a one time thing as Hampton inn.suites has been good. But let me be clear I would certainly steer clear of this place. Completely unorganized and very unfriendly staff. I wouldn't pay $10 to stay here. Very unsatisfying

Charged for a no show - Don't Use booking.comI had two reservations. One made in January (made on January 13th), Which I cancelled the next day. (January 14) I then made a new reservation on January 14th for August 29-30. The wedding we were attending was moved to September 18th. So I modified the dates to September 18-19. I received an e-mail verifying this from Booking.com. that my stay was cancelled. The hotel had me as a no-show!! I have gone back and forth with the hotel. The first person I talked with said there was no charge. The second person told me she would research the charge and call me back. That was two days ago! Booking.com has been no help! I will never use booking.com again!!

Be aware, you have to request housekeeping service at Hampton InnsOne specific, one general, and one in between. Specific: This location's water is waaaaay too soft -- they need to cut back on the salt by about half. I hate getting out of the shower feeling like a soap slick. General: Hampton Inns has reduced the quality of their 'breakfast' quite a bit -- to a brown bag with a bottle of water and an apple. Yet I'm still paying full boat! I am quite aware of their coronavirus excuse, but next time I'll stay at Motel 6 where the price does not include breakfast. In between: On the full day we were there, nobody did up the room. We were out for most of the day and returned around 7 pm to discover the room was untouched by housekeeping. Called down to the front desk and got the response, 'Sorry, do you want to schedule housekeeping for tomorrow [the day you check out]?' So... was that sarcasm or stupidity? Neither are acceptable. I realize this was an exception but the reaction by the front desk was pretty annoying. Ive since found out that you have to request housekeeping service when you check in. Nobody asked or informed us during check-in. So learn from our mistake!
