  clean, comfortable, great value

  We enjoyed the room and got a good nights rest. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well. The room was quiet and dark. Everything smelled clean and fresh. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room helped us a lot.

  Disappointed, overpriced, false advertising

  We specifically chose the Hilton Hampton inn to enjoy the pool and hot breakfast (famous waffles) as advertised in their website. Usually Hilton never lets me down. To begin with, the access entrance was difficult to find. It's hard to understand the staff because she wore a mask and they had a large table preventing even arms length transaction. There was a long wavy hair in the sheets of one bed which freaked my daughter out. I was supposed to be charged $167 per night but the hold on my credit card is over $190 without any explanation. Fitness facility lacks dumbbells, pool was ok. The disappointment came with the advertised hot breakfast, it was a Activia yogurt or a granola bar. If hotel employees can't cook due to Covid then don't charge like you do. I could have gone to a hotel that didn't offer a breakfast for less than half of what you charge. It actually made my little son sad and teary. VERY DISAPPOINTED

  Overnight Stop

  Stopped here just overnight while traveling. We are Hilton Diamond Members and used points for our visit. The hotel is very nice. We chose a queen suite which was big enough for us. The room was clean and as expected. The bathroom tub was moldy/mildew around the caulking. The air conditioning unit did not work very well. Again this room fit our purpose of an overnight stay but I would have insisted on another room had we planned to stay longer. There are several gas stations nearby and a Cracker Barrel across the street.

  Check your account, I was over charged for the second night. (Thursday)

  Room #403 The staff was very nice and the room was very quite. There was a hair in the sheets when I folded the covers back. (Gross) I stayed the first night was great, I went down the next morning NO FOOD. I ask to stay another night, this would have been on a Thursday. The Hotel was not full at all. So the Main Manager was on duty and said sure. The next morning, Thursday I stopped by the desk and ask for a receipt. A young man gave me a receipt, I noticed I was charged more for the second night. I ask why he said he was unsure why I was charged more for the second night. I would have to contact the Main Manger in the AM hours. I called back the next morning and he was not available. I did leave a message on his line and he never called me back. I don't think I will be staying there again!

  Best option in Manchester

  We had to make an unplanned stop in Manchester. Being Hilton Honors members, we chose the Hampton. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. This Hampton does not have the keyless entry option with the Hilton app; standard card keys are provided at check-in. The beds were comfortable. For the grab-and-go option, you have to call down to the desk to let them know what you want; so we decided to go across the street to Cracker Barrel instead.
