  Our hotel stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms and the hotel were clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking at coming back next year.

  Nashville trip

  The room and the service people along with the breakfast made this our premier stop on our trip to and from Nashville. Kudos to all the staff. We will definitely stop here again if travelling to a destination in Eastern States.

  The staff became my 2nd family

  I lived here for a month while teaching at UND. The staff are top notch and even became family to me during my stay. The place is very clean and well maintained. I had zero issues with any of this. They made sure every request I had was met. They also gave me the "local's" inside scoop of where all to explore. Given all of the snow on the ground & bitter cold, they still knew of the happening places. Bruce at the breakfast room is a wonderful host and puts together one hell of a breakfast. It's not your typical Hampton Inn breakfast either. So many choices and choices for those with special dietary needs as well. He's also a blast to chat with to start your day off right. Next time in the area.. I'll definitely be back!

  Great Stay!!

  Had the pleasure of staying at this property for 4 great nights visiting family in Grand Forks. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who took the time to thank us for being Hilton Honors members. Love the fact that Hilton lets you checkin and pick your room the day before you arrive...a great perk. The grounds were immaculate and lobby very clean. As this was our first travels since the COVID outbreak, cleanliness was important. Our room was very clean and big. The bathroom was clean as well and all the toiletries very well stocked. I'm guessing because of the COVID the hotel was not crowded at all. Sometimes it felt like we were the only ones there. ALL of the employees we encountered were so very nice, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was just a bit scaled down, understandably, but there was still great choices and plenty to eat. Both the attendants at breakfast were so kind and personable. The location of this property can't be beat, as there is plenty of shopping, restaurants, gas stations and mall very close by. Also, very easy access to and from I-29 for travelers. The lobby was always our family's get together point and it was very clean and welcoming. I would just like the thank ALL the employees here for such a great and memorable stay. They interacted with us and we were thanked many times for traveling and staying with them.

  Why stay anywhere else?

  We come to Grand forks often and have stayed at many hotels. This stay has been the best ever! Starting with the most friendly employees. They were always helpful, unlike the last place we stayed where the managers comment was "if you don't like it here go down the street". The room was very clean, and the mattress was the best! I even called to get the name of the mattress company. We will never stay at any other hotel. Thank you for a great stay.
