Great locationthis was the best location for a hilton where i have stayed, right next to shops and stores very convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. great value for a hilton!

Better luck next time...I booked an overnight stay for my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday party event. My issue was the fact that I had booked an adjoining room and recieved confirmation email of my reservations. However, while on the phone with the representative, I informed her that my reservations looked like it was for two different rooms. It did not state an adjoining room. The representative assured me that it reflects that way, but I do indeed, have an adjoining room. To my surprise, I arrive to check in and was told that they had me booked for two separate rooms and that there were no adjoining rooms available. By this time, I was livid because that was the sole purpose of booking my stay there. Because of the timeframe, it was too late to book elsewhere. There appeared to be no manager around at the time. I was not offered any type of incentive or discount for the inconvenience of my stay, which I found to be a bit disturbing. Although the clerk was pleasant, the matter could have and should have been handled in a much better manner. Unfortunately, upon check out, I was unable to speak with the manager on sight due to the fact that there were several customers he was currently assisting and I had to leave. This impression is very disappointing considering this is the first time I made hotel reservations over the phone.

Amazing Front Desk Agent and Great LocationThis was the best location for a hilton right next to shops and stores very convenient location. Front Desk Agent Kei was beyond amazing very knowledgeable about the area along with her outstanding customer service and smile, she made me feel right at home. This definitely will be my one and only choice hotel when I'm in the area.

A night awayWe arrived around 7pm. We were checked in. There was screaming in the hallway during the night. Constant hallway sounds. The blanket from the closet was a lot warmer then the bedding. The morning staff Alex was very helpful

Great hotel and great staffThis is the first time in a while that I leave a hotel satisfied with the customer service. I usually always have something to complain about. I had a different experience at the Hampton Inn Glenarden. Aliex is a true asset for your property. Since the moment my son and I arrived at the hotel, she made sure our ac temperature was ok, and that I get my keycard replaced as it was not working. She followed up the next morning with my bedding issue. She was nice, polite, and supportive. I am really hard to impress, as I work in hospitality myself. I wish all places I visit could have someone like Aliex. Kuddos for having such a wonderful lady working with you. I hope to visit again soon.
