  Needs Attention

  The desk clerk didnt stay at the desk, so we had to use a wall phone to get the clerks attention, on more than one occasion. When we arrived our bathroom floor was dirty. We overlooked that only to find the bathroom fan was broken and any noise made in the bathroom was heard in the bed area. The walls are very thin and voices easily traveled through the walls. The mattress had mainly been used on one side, creating an uncomfortable hill and valley. I reported all this to the clerk, but dont feel confident anything will be done about it. There was definitely not an apology.

  Hampton Inn Alamosa Providing Good Service

  Stayed here for 1-night and they offered great guest services especially from Travis at the front desk and the rest of the team were very friendly too. The room was very modern and clean and that is nice during this time of the virus. Alamosa is a small town but this is a nice place to stay if your passing through or visiting the popular Great Sand Dunes National Park (that is about 30 minutes away). The hotel offers a business center, indoor pool & whirlpool and a hot complimentary breakfast (a little different during the virus but we were able to get biscuits, sausage & gravy). Also, they offer some discounts for "AAA", "AARP" & military/government so definitely check to see if you qualify for any of them. The motel is located right off the main highway (Highway 160) so it's convenient and located near a lot of restaurants and the local movie theater. If we were to stay in Alamosa again we definitely would stay at this Hampton Inn and hope to get great guest services from people like Travis.

  Outstanding Property

  Nice rooms and spotless. I appreciate the extra effort that the owners and staff have put in to keep travelers safe. I travel as an essential worker and feel safe at this property. Walking distance to Walmart and a few restaurants. I do Recommend the Purple Pig for dinner delivery.

  Wonderful, relaxing stay

  We were at this hotel for two nights. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean, with sufficient amenities. It was very quiet and restful. We are diamond members and this was one of the nicer Hamptons we have stayed at. Would visit again!

  Great Stay

  Felt very safe staying here, everything clean, hand wipes provided in the room, along with the door seals made me feel comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. Hotel is a little ways out from downtown but surrounded by plenty of food options, and a short drive to get to downtown. Overall great stay.
