  Recomiendo el hotel a cualquiera que viaje a Exeter! No teníamos reservación y la persona que nos atendió nos ayudo a una habitación. El servicio es bueno y el desayuno es excelente. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias.

  Mas caro que la media pero merece la pena

  El aeropuerto de Exeter es pequeño, se sale rápidamente al exterior y el hotel Hampton by Hilton está a 10 minutos andando por un camino peatonal fácilmente, aunque en el aeropuerto también se puede tomar un taxi. Es un poco caro para dormir solo una noche y salir por la mañana, como era nuestro caso, pero es el único al que se puede llegar andando, así que compensa con el gasto de taxi para ir a otro. Aparte del precio, el hotel es muy confortable, camas cómodas, desayuno buffet completísimo, incluido en el precio (hasta tienen una maquinita para hacer la masa de los gofres en el momento), así que si estás dispuesto a pagar por ello, el hotel está muy bien. Volveríamos a él y es totalmente recomendable.

  Absolutely spot on - Exactly how to run a hotel during CV19 - Amazing Service

  It's hard to give a fair review under such times - many hotels are struggling, but all hotels are vital for KeyWorkers right now - and they can make the difference between keeping us prepared and ready, as oppose to keeping us burnt out and tired. I am so pleased to report that the Hampton by Hilton at Exeter Airport has very much exceeded my expectations during this time. My first check in on Sunday, I was greeted with an absolutely exceptional welcome by the front of house. They took my details, confirmed the booking, outlined the current situation at the hotel, and issued my room key. This was the start of an amazing state, the room was absolutely superb. Exactly what I expected from the brand. The room was well appointed, comfortable with a sofa, work table, bed, ironing board and iron, practical bathroom, and air conditioning. The hotels management of dining is spectacular. A fair menu is available, with food being ordered by text message and charged to the room. The food is delivered to a central collection point, allowing the guest to choose whether to dine in the room, or make use of the tables in the dining room. This is a critical element to our guest experience (the necessity for us to reside in hotels whilst we work). Many other hotels have ceased all dining, making junk food the only alternative a very unhealthy alternative. I found the food to be of exceptional quality, much better than I had expected for Hampton. But people make the brand. And here at this hotel every member of staff that I came across was friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and just the best ambassador for Hilton. Without question this hotel is the best I have stayed in during the Covid 19 pandemic. For the record, that has thus far been six nights a week since the pandemic started, and what has amounted to hundreds of hotels. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the team at this hotel for providing much-needed rest during these times.

  Good for the price.

  This is a good hotel for £50 a night. Staff all very friendly and working hard under difficult conditions. Food ok but it was a mighty cold night and the public areas were a little on the chilly side. Two slight niggles, the shower hot water was a lovely temperature but the Bath hot water luke warm, ended up filling the bath with the shower hose to get a hot bath. Something not right in room 340! As others have said the beds are not really up the Hilton standard. Otherwise for the cost it was good value.

  Highly recommend

  We have stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Exeter airport a few times, its a nice clean hotel thats good value for money. Our most recent stay was last weekend for one night, allocated room 164. On the booking form we asked for a room on the top floor if possible, we wondered if the top floor was closed as clearly hotel wasn't full. Check in was quick and easy, on our visit the fitness room was open for use. Felt very safe, staff and customers in face masks and hand gel etc available on each floor. Plenty of free parking available. The room was very clean, in excellent condition and clearly well maintained. Bathroom also spotless, no issues at all. Really good hot power shower. During the evening the hotel was very quiet. Slept very well, the bed was comfortable enough. However, just after 4am the air con unit in the room suddenly came on, even though on the control panel the air con was turned off. This humming noise unfortunately woke me up, the noise carried on for approx 15 minutes. Just as I was about to call reception to ask how to get the noise turned off it stopped. It sounded like a fan within the air con unit, there weren't any other switches/panels available and as I mentioned the control panel for controlling the temperature clearly showed the unit was turned off. Despite my early wake up call I was able to nod back off for a short time an hour or so later. I was looking forward to a hot cooked breakfast, so I was disappointed to find out in the morning that it was a cold breakfast with hot drinks. When we booked on the website it still advised of a hot breakfast. The dining area for breakfast was quiet, there was plenty of cereal options available, we were also provided with a breakfast box that consisted of orange juice, croissant, flapjack etc - ideal if in a rush at check out. We actually only encountered one person at reception during our stay and a couple of housekeepers, but all were friendly. Would definitely stay again in the near future, hopefully they find what caused the air con unit to suddenly come on and introduce the hot breakfast option again soon.
