  Amazing Stay!

  We stayed there two weeks and everything was perfectly organized! Thank you very much to your team and especially the front desk Team was amazing! In turkey and especially in this Hilton hotel everything is possible and made our stay really pleasant! Would stay there anytime again.. Looking forward to the next trip to Bolu!

  Restaurant does not meet expectations

  Last night I ordered salmon; "We are out." I then ordered the grilled fish--which was wonderful-- but did not receive the eggplant puree (patlcan püresi). Tonight I ordered grilled chicken on a tower of grilled vegetables with fries and a salad. My friend ordered the grilled fish. She did not receive any eggplant, and I received a grilled tomato and pepper, which is standard for every restaurant meal. (I also received fries and a salad.) I asked the waiter about the eggplant and zgara sebzeler. He repeated my words and walked away, but has yet offered no explanation or apology in any language.

  My review

  Located right on the entrance of beautiful natural city of Bolu. Close to shopping Mall and city centre.Quite clean and upto quality standards. Varierty in meals . Professional and helping staff. Good quality bedding , sound insulation , air conditioned rooms , multi equipped gym.

  2 nights in Bolu

  I stayed in Hampton by Hilton Bolu for 2 nights! The room was full with the facility you need and clean. Breakfast was not good probably because of the pandemic they served just a few pieces of bread, jam, a small plate of cold cut, cereal with milk, tea, and coffee. Anyway, thank you to Emrah at the front desk! He was very helpful! My bus back to Bursa was canceled and he helped me to get back to Bursa safety!

  Not good during Covid!!

  A nice hotel with nice rooms, however the management does not take covid precautions seriously. We choose this hotel because they were supposed to be only 30% full. During our 3 night stay, the hotel was almost full every night. Even buss tours stopping to sleep. During breakfast service, multiple guests were walking around without face masks even though it is compulsory to wear one. I told the reception and hotel personnel that people did not wear masks, but they did not do anything about it. So if you are taking covid seriously, I would re-think to use this hotel.
