  Should be 3 stars instead of 4

  If this hotel hadn't been advertised as a 4 star hotel, our review would have been better. Fact was, however, that it didn't live up to our expectations. (This does not concern the breakfast and breakfast staff which was excellent.) Our room however was quite outdated, a bit small, without a safe or fridge or blow dryer, a cupboard too small for 2 people and with a tiny tv straight out of the 90's. Some cobwebs under the bed but quite clean otherwise and the beds were comfy. Bikes can be rented for 10 euros a day, which is a great service. Our bill didn't add up at check out due to a fault in the computer system, but luckily this was easily corrected. Our stay was ok but no more than that.

  Nice hotel in the woods.

  Visited the hotel for a training. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. Besides the conference room there are serveral options for outdoor activities. We had a very good lunch and the breakfast was not extended but of good quality. The rooms are basic and the bathroom is a bit outdated. But it was clean and served it purpose. The staff is very cooperative and friendly.

  Nice location in the woods but poor welcome at reception desk

  We visited this hotel already 2 times under the previous brand name, 'New Hampshire'. We had nice experiences. Last experience was disappointed for 2 reasons: 1° On day of arrival we had to pay immediately the breakfast not included in our arrangement and the local taxes. Furthermore we had to ask for a detailed receipt of our cash payment. The detailed receipt wasn't showed before we paid. This was not the best way to welcome us. Directions given to reach the room in another building were also not obvious. 2° Wifi was very slow.

  Average hotel at a nice location.

  I visited the hotel for a company event of 4 days. My room was very small and noisy. During my stay my towels have not been refreshed. The pass of my room did not work so I had to use a key which activated an electronic sound which must have been heard in the surrounding rooms. There was not much choice at breakfast but the quality was ok. Although we ordered our dinners around noon it took much to long before it was on the table. The first evening it took 2,5 hours for a 3 course dinner.The 2nd day they improved and it only took 2 hours. but some of my group returned the risotto to the chief because it was much to dry. So overall I was quite dissapointed.

  Very nice!

  Very nice hotel in the middle of the woods. Beautiful surroundings! Staff were very friendly and helped us out with changing our room. Dinner and breakfast were both nice, despite COVID measures. All in all a great stay and great value for money!
