  Speechless.

  The worst experience ever. I just write the worst 2 thing of this awful place: 1. I get in my room and the toilet was still dirty from the last guest (pee on the floor).. In a bathroom that was max 1x2 mtr. 2. Parking place just from 9pm to 7am. It was kind of illegal to let the car there. I guess it's enough. No way I will be booking here again.

  What a disaster!! PLEASE DO NOT GO

  So we arrived here after a 2hour flight + 6 hour drive - one could imagine how badly we needed a shower. So I hopped down to ask for the parking space we had been promised (and told that there's no need to book) only to be told, "Sorry we're full, you can't park there" and thus we had to park in a public car park to our own extra expense. Nevertheless we went in for thr keys and checked in. Then we walked to our rooms only to find a relatively dangerous flight of stairs with no lift available. Climbed up with our load and went into the rooms only to find the opposite of what we had booked back in March2 double bed rooms and one with three singlesas we were given 2 rooms with 2 single beds and a room with a double bed and a single bed. Our booking was in plain English and yet was literally ignored. Then more non-acceptable points starting to come up ... no shampoo, no soap, non-operational toilets ... so we went to complain immediately and all we got was a pale staring face with no solutions at all apart from, "That's our hotel" ... O_o HELLO WELCOME TO 2015!!!!! So we decided to call the booking site we had booked on 4 months before to complain there too and they agreed with us to find an alternative. This was quite a lengthy process and took a couple of hours as all Rosenheim hotels were full. At first the receptionist was kind enough to let use the phone yet when the line went dead for some reason, the booking site tried to call back but she was rude enough to hang up so we had to use our mobile phones. At a point there were discussions with the 'chef' (presumabely the chief or owner) of the hotel and he gave us the impression to be understanding. Yet when he spoke to his 'receptionist' she went up to our rooms getting us thinking that she was checking other rooms available yet what she did was changed the code of our rooms and locking us out with our things inside to make sure we don't even use the bathroom facilities. Finally we drove off to anothet hotel we were given and thanked God for sparing us this place ... a disasterous place!!

  never ever

  a running down hotel with nothing, micro Badroom, micro micro breakfast (1 x saussage; take it or leave it) no bar; no dinner; service personal is availabel from 4pm to 8pm; only 5 parkspaces for 20 hotel rooms, if occupied have to use parking area with costs

  Very disappointed

  Cold, dirty, boring, expensive, primitive, untidy, strange location, uninterested personel. All in all not an experience that I can recommend for anybody, not even mother inlaw. There are cheaper and better hotels nearby.

  Not good not bad

  The hotel is quite cheap considering German prices, but is below the average. The room is quite big, but the bathroom is very very small. Breakfast is absolutely bad: few choice of good and low qualità beverages.
