  Worst service I have ever seen in Japan

  The rooms are spacious, with somewhat of a view. The service in this hotel is strangely divided by staff, some staff has great manner however it can not be said to all of them. Two of the biggest excitement when coming to a Ryokan like this. Its food and bath, the food in this hotel is not only expensive but also not fresh(very little raw food, which is uncommon in Japan) The bath is decent In general an expensive with nothing much to look forward to.

  Would not recommend at all

  The ryokan is really not well-maintained, it looks old and sort of worn out. When I walked into the room, there's some mouldy smell. In fact, the whole area of Toba looks like an old lady and many buildings and shopping centres are in need of renovation and a facelift.

  Not recommended

  Bad: Facility old Room clean but old, cold, air conditioner old Public bath old, outside bath not working since 2 years, open deck bath charged additionally, hair dryer old and not working well. Now Wi-fi. Good: Silent due to no guests
