    We are staying here with the package and everything is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had the 7 course dinner which was of a very high standard and the cruise was excellent and a day we will remember with a lot of happiness I totally recommend this hotel and rate it 5 stars

    Great customer service

    My husband and I stayed at the Halong Pear Horel in Ha Long VN in September 2019. Our bus got to Ha Long (HL) much early than we had expected. To be exact we arrived 12 hours early at the hotel. The hotel staff was so gracious to allowed us to stayed at the lobby. He even suggested that in order not to waste our day we should join the HL cruise tour during the day. The hotel watched our luggages for us. The check in process was painless. They helped us make arrangements for the tour. We joined the tour instead of waiting until the check in time. That was great because now we have more time to visit other sites. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The breakfast was great. I appreciate the great customer support and services the most. My family is planning to return to VN next year. If we go to HL again, Ha Long Pearl hotel will be our hotel choice in HL.

    Excellent service

    I have spent one day on my trip to stay at Halong Pearl hotel. Everything was great, good food, nice service. It just take 5 minutes to go to the beach. I don't think it was better more than I expected I will take my friends and come back again.

    Luxurious hotel

    Every year I come here and have a great service. The people are very nice here. Everything is close by and there is good food close by. The complimentary breakfast is very wide and had lots of fresh fruits.

    Very warm and welcoming staff

    Stayed 1 night after visit to Halong Bay, lovely staff and very warm & welcoming. The room was modern and looked new, this was on level 10. Great views of Halong Bay, price was excellent. Easy walking distance to lively nightlife and good number of restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach.
