  Hotel horrible

  Eviten a toda costa este hotel. Lo elegimos porque estaba céntrico, y eso es lo único bueno, pero por lo demás no vale la pena. Las habitaciones son auténticos cuchitriles por no hablar del baño. Estuvimos dos noches y no nos hicieron la cama. En el pasillo de fuera estuvo una bandeja con tazas y té durante todo el día y nos intentaron "endosar" unas consumiciones que no habíamos hecho del minibar. Cuando bajamos a desayunar no había casi de nada, y al pedir café nos dijeron que se había acabado. Después de protestar por ello nos sirvieron el desayuno quince minutos después.

  Hotel muy correcto y bien ubicado

  Es un hotel chiquitito pero muy bien ubicado (relativamente cerca de la antigua embajada americana), limpio, desayuno correcto y trato del personal muy bueno. Lo único negativo es el baño, es correcto, pero muy antiguo.

  Good value, super nice staff

  Stayed 2 nights, some street noise but to be expected in the centre of a 20 million person city, use ear plugs. Room is clean, compact, and all in all a comfortable place to crash after a day of sightseeing. Payment accepted in foreign or local currency, exchange rate was fair. Wi-Fi in the room is weak but fine in the lobby, which has the upside of allowing some interaction with the staff. The staff move this from a 3 star to 4 star experience in my opinion. Amir on Reception is extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. The Door man noticed my lack of head phones and each time i showed up in the lobby gave me his. The night staff gave me lessons on history and the cultural make up of Iran. I really felt at home there. Staff either flat out refuse to accept tips or only accept to avoid a scene, so no feeling of people being nice just to get the tip at the end of the interaction.

  Hally Hotel Review

  One of the best Hotel in Iran, Tehran. Centrally Located and have restaurants and other amenities near by. Their restaurant has to be upgraded to attract the guests staying in the restaurant. Should include Complimentary Water and Tea in the Room.

  Not a nice hotel and too expensive

  Restroom is terrible, with an open shower between a muslim toilet and a european toilet. Toilet paper is not allowed. During shower you must stay at the muslim toilet. The bathroom gets wet. It doesn't smell good. Room with an old carpet. Small Breakfast buffet. Terrible Coffee and Capuccino. Badest exchange rate for Euro, we've had.Our Payment wasn't registered. We paid 50 Euro for a Twin Room, that was too much. Other Hotels are much better for this rate
