  Disappointed

  Family had a caravan and deluxe cabin. While a large park with lots of open space, our disappointment came from a lack of management to oversee late night loud music and lack of maintenance overall. Cabins did not have adequate bedding and not all hotplates worked.Cobwebs in cabins. Grass growing from gutters of cabins. Public showers are 3rd rate. 1 soap dispenser in public toilets for 5 toilets and 5 showers. Pool needed a scrub around the top. Jumping pillow broken and has been for awhile. Photos of shower, dirty public bbq and dirt on lining of pool. Such a shame - could be great with a little attention

  Peaceful yet lacking professionalism.

  We have stayed with you at Halls Gap Gardens Caravan Park in our camper trailer for 3 years running now. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and felt comfortable with our kids exploring the playgrounds and riding their bikes. Id like to see the place live up to its name and improve the gardens. More greenery/garden would add so much to this place. The toilet/shower block was noticeably cleaner and fresher than previous years. Thank you. However the communal camp kitchen was scummy. I find it hard to believe it was cleaned each day. There were dead cockroaches on the furniture. The wifi was pretty useless. Leading up to our stay I attempted to make contact via phone as well as email, numerous times and received NO reply. Was very disappointed by this. Staying elsewhere next year mainly due to this. Thanks. And we may be back if things improve.

  Best stay loved the sound of the wilderness hearing the birds so peaceful.

  Staff were lovely. Cabins where amazing very clean,beds comfortable, just amazing being in halls gap altogether this was our 3rd trip with 2 other families who have ever traveled they loved it even all the hikes and walks

  Fantastic stay, great value for money

  Property was of a very high standard especially for a caravan park. Cabin was extremely clean, had very good quality mattresses, couch and aircon was perfect. Park facilities were great for the kids, very safe and entertaining. Had amazing views of local wildlife with emus, kangaroos and local bird life at the front of our door. Great, affordable stay highly recommended

  Would recommend

  I stayed here for 2 nights, was a great central stay close to the Grampian trails, the zoo and to the halls gap town centre. Travelling solo I felt really safe as it is a really friendly and comfortable park. My cabin (budget family) had everything I needed to cook, sleep and relax, with the communal bathroom/shower block right behind me which was always so clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of birds and animals which made it a nice break away from the busy city. Would be coming back to stay here when I do another trip to halls gap!
