  Great place to stay

  As part of our Kimberley Out back Tours experience we stayed here. Michael who manages the hotel greeted us as we arrived. He was very welcoming and informative. Service was outstanding as good as best city hotels. The food was wonderful. Not what was expected in this remote location.

  Good Motel for overnight stay

  What a gem inthis remote area. We were upgrded to a motel room after the owner realised we had booked dongas. The owner Kerryn was terrific in assistance . Rooms great clean and quiet Bed compfy and lovely pillows . Good shower. Great clean pool.Had a good mwal at the restaraunt . Though probably needs 1 more staff. At weekends continental breakfast in the room. Definaitley the place to stay in Halls Creek

  Bad people Skills

  unfortunately my first stay will be my last stay here :( I had some issues with my check in and quickly sorted. The room on first night had walls so thin I heard the guy next door snoring all night. (Noticed and reported security issue in that room, Window had no lock) Asked politely in the morning if another room becomes available? Granted and in a much better room, (Thought these guys are awesome!) It Blew wind that night and unfortunately there was some iron loose in front of that room that clattered all night. No sleep again (no ones fault). 5am all alarms go off on our line of rooms. Manager is straight towards my room accusing me of cooking? denied. Then accuses me of tampering with smoke alarm, Denied. Found out the guy at the end burnt his breakfast. (no apology) and when I spotted the loose iron on the roof to her attention I was blasted to my face that I was a complainer! Apparently I complained about the window in the previous room? but are we not supposed to report hazards and things that might need attention? Needless to say ..my stay was finished there when I've been treated like that.

  Great experience

  I have been staying here for several weeks with a group of work colleagues while based in the area completing a drilling program. Nothing was too much trouble for Kerryn and her team as they did an exceptional job meeting all of our accommodation and catering needs as well as our many additional requests for services that made our life and jobs so much easier than it may otherwise have been. All round great experience.

  Super clean and great service

  I want to say thank you to Maire and crew at Halls Creek Motel for the amazing service last week. My room was super clean - truly sparkling and the food, service and hospitality we were shown was wonderful. Thank you so much.
