  A good compromise.

  It is a good compromise for who has to stay for a long period. We had a good price with a good service too. The dinner and the breakfast was european style, this mean they are flexible with the customers...(not everywhere it is possible in Saudi). The hotel is serviced with taxi service and the guys that work inside are very kind and respectful. The manager Mr. Alagmir and his staff is always ready to support the customer.

  Good business hotel

  Visited this hotel as part of a business visit, location is strategic dis to its proximity to the business district in Dammam and Al khober. Decor is decent with no complaints don't expect a 5 star setup but is good.equipped with WiFi , gym and restaurant where a breakfast buffet is available. Recommended for regular business visitor.

  Not so fancy neither that bad!

  This hotel is not one of the top ten or a high range hotel in Al Khobar and we knew that before we stayed there. We were there for just one night and having a parking was extremely important in such a congested city part like where it is located. The room was clean, everything was located in it's right place but lack of light. The AC is quite loud comparing to regular central AC's. No Safe box in the room. The carpet is worn out and it's time to change it. The staff were friendly especially at the reception. I can stay in this hotel once I'm in Al Khobar, it was a good value for money.

  Nice Budget hotel to stay in AL KHOBAR

  Excellent and well kept rooms . Good room service with friendly staff at the reception. Excellent to stay for long time as nearby good restaurants are there for lunch and dinner. Also laundry , grocery shop , medical shop are just at 5 minutes walking distance,

  Not good, not good at all.

  Had the misfortune to be staying here for almost a year due to work. The hotel ain't truly bad, it's just the little things. The staff are all excellent and friendly. Every room I had resembled a prison cell, all be it a huge one, a small greyed out window, rickety chair and the loudest AC unit I've ever heard. The beds were good, large and comfy. The breakfasts were dire, it was like they had scoured all the local restaurants for leftover food. Yeah, don't miss it at all.
