  Room with everything you need

  Totally satisfied with the stay as the room was spacious and come with everything. The balcony was huge though the view was nothing to shout for. Love the bathtub as it is spacious and clean with automatic features and they were thoughtful to provide sachets of POLA toiletries in the bathroom. Wifi appeared fast and reliable. Location around 5 mins walk from Hakodate JR Station and very near to Morning Market and 7-11 is just right in front. It is also walkable to Red Brick Warehouse area in around 15 mins. Would come back if we visit Hakodate again.

  Perfectly located - Excellent Views.

  Spacious rooms including kitchen facilities. walking distance from station. Very close to Wholesale Fish Market. Excellent staff and service. If you want to experience Jaoanese Fish markets this is the olace to go to.

  Apartment hotel

  This hotel is walking distance to the JR train station, and right next the morning market. The room we got is a studio/one bedroom apartment type. There is a nice living room and balcony, and it makes you feel like home.

  Perfect location

  We appreciated the apartment hotel in room facilities, allowing us the option of cooking. Location was right near the morning market and we enjoyed heading down for fresh raw seafood rice bowl for breakfast.

  Nice hotel only 5 minutes walk from the JR station

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (502) was very spacious and comfortable, and had a light and spacious feel. The room had two single beds, a lovely living area including a TV, sofa, table and chairs. The reverse cycle Air Con worked well as did the humidifier. The WIFI worked well and the room had a security safe. Kitchenette looked good (we didnt use it) and had a cooktop, micro oven, microwave, sink and fridge. Bathroom was great as was the separate bath/shower room. It is also very close to the fish market, which is a great place to have a meal.
