  terrible hotel

  tiny rooms. we coud not arrange our luggage because there was no place in the room to do so. poor variety of food at breakfast. the worst hotel for last day in japan before taking off back to our homeland.

  Centrally located hotel in Fukuoka

  Nice hotel at the heart of Fukuoka at the river/canal. It has direct access to the subway ( 50 m) , 2 stops from Hakata train station and just 4 stops from the airport without transfer. Recommended to explore Fukuoka and nearby region by JR train. A standrad room is suitable for 2 adults and a little child.

  Good location

  Very convenient and its just one minute walk from subway station. Restaurants are around with different type of foods, including ramen, Teppanyaki and Japanese restaurants and Yakitori and so on. Convenience stores are within walking distance too. Staff members are friendly and willing serve. The good of this hotel is not only about the location but with a self-service coin operated laundry room. They have two washing machines but one dryer, so, you need to make good use of the machines if you want to do the laundry. Rooms are spacious with good amenities.

  Nothing special

  We stayed 2 nights. The original room was so small you could not have 2 adults plus luggage in the room. Had to pay for an upgrade. Room was clean but nothing special. Two single beds pushed together that moved as you sat on them. Why you need 2 large televisions in a suite is strange to us. The buffet breakfast was not good. Unless you wanted Japanese style, the western options were very limited. Very slow to clear plates away. Reception staff so rude. Not a good customer focus compared to rest of Japan. Only positives of the place are: The grill restaurant in the evening was good, great piece of steak. Good location.

  Great hotel in Nakasu district

  Stayed here for 6 nights. Hotel lobby, receptions and rooms are well maintained. Service - Staffed always attentive and helpful during our stay. Only gave 4 stars for service as the hotel staff didn't seem to try or put much effort into helping us book some michelin star restaurants, lucky I found other means. Otherwise the service during out stay was very good Value - great value for location of hotel in centre of Nakasu (red light district) Location - best part of this hotel is where its located, 1 min walk to Nakasukawabata station and shopping arcade, 1min walk to Don Quijote and 100Yen sushi, lot of restaurants and places to eat around nakasu. Amenities - had coined laundry to use downstairs which was great I would definitely stay there again next time we're in Fukuoka.
