  Place To Stay

  Had to stay one night at the hotel as we were continuing our business trip and the night had fallen. Stayed at this place upon recommendation of someone. Wont rate the hotel bad as what you pay is what you get. The rooms were well spacious whereas the mattress was rock hard. Sleep comfort was not so good while the breakfast was not as bad as i expected. The menu was really big with some really yummy food around in the morning time.

  Not bad at all

  The Hotel is quite difficult to find, but Hangzhou itself has not so good transportation like Shanghai or Beijing, so bus and taxi is the only choice to reach the hotel. The room is similar with Holiday Inn Express and the breakfast is quite good. The staff has limited English, but she tried so hard. Really interesting stay.

  Good for a night stay

  Stayed just for a night with a tour group. Our room was pretty spacious with a double plus a single bed. Room was also clean and bed firm and comfortable. May look a little basic in a supposedly a local 5 star hotel. At least this hotel provided tissue papers in our room. Wifi worked well and TV with plenty of Chinese programs. Toilet came with a small and clean bathtub. Full toiletries provided as well. Breakfast was pretty good, one of the better ones we had enjoyed during our Shanghai Tour. Except the food labeling was not up to standard with obviously some google translation that was not appropriate to mention. Overall we enjoyed our hotel stay here.

  Poor security and very noisy at night

  My room was on the 9th floor but it was very noisy, I guess it was from the karaoke room located near my room. My friend, stayed on 16th floor, was extremely terrified by a drunkard. He knocked madly on her room's door relentlessly for hours, yelled and peed in front of the door. My friend called the reception many times but couldn't get any help until the last call, the maid was sent there and all she did was just told my friend to lock the door which my friend had already done it before calling the reception. Finally another friend of mine came and drove that drunkard away. The noise still came from the room next to her for many hours making her being terrified that she could not sleep all night.

  Health Hazard

  i was on the 3 floor and the entire floor was covered in mold unfit for human use. the photos of the room look nothing like the room we were allocated it was completely water damaged with no mattress on the bed only a piece of wood and blanket. There was an old broken box TV, and no working appliances. We left within less than 10 mins, and handed back our room key couldn't believe the horrific condition of the hotel, they showed no compassion or understanding,
