  Central shopping & dining/tired rooms/limited WiFi

  Central city hotel with reception on the first floor above shops. Reception slow and disorganised (serve several people at once) so give lots of time at check-out. Breakfast chaotic when hotel is full, dishes run out quickly, no western food and limited fruit. WiFi only in the none-a/c foyer so bring a cable as only hard wired in your a/c room. First impression of rooms if OK if you choose top class room but tired at the edges. Beds very comfortable, noisy a/c.

  Basic Hotel, but Good Location

  Had lots of troubles checking in, as we had already pre paid online for 2 rooms for 4 nights but the reception did not have that infromation. The front desk staff were very rude about it, and even started arguments with us even though it was their mistake! It caused us massive problems involving very expensive international calls which we had to pay for. (Honestly, if not for the rooms being already paid for, we would have just walked out). After long heated deliberations, they finally attained the reservation infomation and settled the problem, and provided us with nothing but an insincere apology. Rooms were basic and dated. View was of a back ally, not really nice, and breakfast had no western food. But appart from that the hotel's chinese restaurant located in the building has very nice chinese food, and the hotel's location was great, walking distance to many shops. Great for shopping and exploring!

  Good location, clean room

  Convenient location with supermarket and shopping mall nearby. The hotel is a bit old but the room is big and clean. The room has everything you needed, i.e. tv, fridge, safe, desktop, hairdryer, iron. The laundry service is fast. Recommended for a reasonable budget and those looking for a good location.

  Short Stay is fine

  Location wise is fine, with simple decent room with old furnitures... Is only that in the morning always some noise from guest and house keeping disturbing my sleep. many local eatery and restaurants and shopping around too. One plus point a nice Iris pub to go for a drink in the night. Just a decent stay!

  Wonderful day

  I really enjoy and have some fun on Haikou . Its a beautiful journey . Taking public transport on bus its only two dollar on the starting and who the end . People over there is very Family . You can feel really relax on its journey .
