  Dow view is awesome sight to see when you get up in the morning.

  It's a nice place to stay a bit away from bustling areas but effectively connected. Metro Stations is just two mins away . Bus services are with stone throwing distance. Nice staff, they actually helped me to get myself shifted twice. The electric stove needs to be upgraded big time given the fact that it is supposed to be serviced apartment.

  Budget motel/hotel walking distance to Gold Souk

  The price matches what you get. This hotel will serve your basic needs. It's similar to a roadside motel in the U.S. It badly needs updating especially the bathrooms. Our shower did not drain well and created a big soggy puddle each time we used it. However it served our needs. We stayed here only 1 night because our flight arrived after midnight and the hotel in our package deal wouldn't allow check in until 3 pm later that day so we booked this place to sleep after our very long flight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough. All this is in line with the price point. Con: It was a very big surprise when the front desk asked my husband and I to provide a marriage certificate to prove we were married. They said something about not letting unmarried people share a room. So be aware of that. Luckily I happen to travel with a copy of our marriage certificate. Pro: It's walking distance to the Gold Souk Markets for an old time Dubai shopping experience. They provide you with comfy bedroom slippers which we needed with the shower puddles. It has a kitchenette area with dishes, knives forks, spoons, glasses etc if you want to make tea or cook.

  HOTEL OPERATED BY OYO IN PATHETIC MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOUR

  oyo operations worst and oyo did not coordination properly with hotel management. I will not prefer to advise stay here. oyo sales and operations team are not coordinating each others. Billing vouchers and payment issues occurs also no credit card/debit card swape machine available at hotel.

  Excellent stay Centrally located

  Well maintained Hotel and communal areas and also very accommodating for any need, this is the best of the best. its cheap but worth every penny, a wonderful experience of lifetime was made possible not by just the hotel and staff but by the positive attitude of the region and its hospitality towards travelers this is certainly a hotel that i look forward to stay again.

  Hafez Hotel

  Hospitality being our family business we could see the infrastructural investment made by the owners of this hotel. The marble floors, well equipped studio rooms, with every amenity just like home, effective central AC, clothes iron, ironing board, electric hot plates, pots and pans with crockery, truly a cost effective place to stay for families who want to cook their own food. The major challenge though are the staffing, cleaners and hygiene. We stayed for 2weeks, the cleaners, can't, won't and don't clean even after we left out studio keys and instructed they clean. They cleaned only once through out our two week stay after a lot of insisting on our end. The studio room and the one we were relocated to was coachroach infested, even inside the microwave. Marble floored bathrooms were never cleaned so they were slippery, the cleaners won't give floor towels and even told us to use body towels on the floor when we kept on asking for a solution to the water on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain is more of a nudity cover and actually dripped water on the floor as it was ridiculously short! Although its a none smoking hotel,which was why we chose it, the staff reeked of cigarette smoke. Cigarette smoke which filtered into our room via the AC air vent as if someone was smoking right inside our room. I couldn't breathe! When we complained the staff asked us if they could bring air freshener! Can you imagine? Hafez hotel has so much potential as it could be the choice hotel for any international wholesale shoppers and traveller as well as people travelling with family because of its location and infrastructure BUT they need to work on their staffing, the cleanliness and hygiene of this hotel. I would have checked out and requested for a full refund if not for my older aunt travelling with me who loved the shopping environment. This hotel deserves to be a member of the OYO chain but must work on the short comings identified above.
