  Además de gozar de muy buena ubicación, el servicio es amable y eficiente. Vistas hermosas, vale la pena pagar el suplemento por tener una habitación mirando al mar. Habitaciones bonitas, cómodas y bien decoradas, en especial el baño muy bien equipado. Recomiendo cenar en el restaurante del hotel, pero en el que tiene la vista al mar. Buen servicio y buena calidad en los alimentos, Definitivamente recomendable.

  Espectacular

  Hotel literalmente en la orilla del mar. Las habitaciones y el restaurante están literalmente al borde del mar. Habitaciones sencillas pero perfectas y buen restaurante. Adicionalmente muy buen precio.

  Very Fine Hotel & Great Location

  Excellent location and the sea is right by the window. I thought the car park was a bit snug but we got a good position at the end of the a row. The room was very good and if I had been a bit shorter it would have been even better. We were on the top floor and the angle of the roof intruded into the room, still I managed to avoid hitting my head on the ceiling. Breakfast was just fine and the staff were helpful - I was given a replacement pen when the one I had been using ran out.

  Lovely hotel with outstanding personnel

  We stayed one night during the weekend when the 30-years war in the 17th century was celebrated and it was a great day and evening. The hotel is motorcycle-friendly which was excellent as we were on bikes. Rooms were big and cozy and the beds out-of-this-world nice. The girls at the reception were extremely helpsome and friendly. Everything was up to the mark and we enjoyed our stay.

  Beautiful location and good service

  We spent 6 nights at this hotel as part of our summer holiday. The hotel is well-situated, overlooking the stretch of water between the mainland and Rugen, a couple of hundred metres from the harbour and a short walk into the old town. Our bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed and overlooked the water - there was an additional cost for rooms on this side of the building, but I think this was worthwhile as the view from other side of the building was less inspiring. Breakfast was taken in the Orangerie/Restaurant or the outside terrace. Like most German hotels, the breakfast was buffet style with many different options. We were welcomed each morning and promptly received coffee. During our stay, we had some washing done - as we were away from home for a month, this was part of our plan, but I do consider 3 per item for very ordinary briefs a little expensive, especially when there are 20 pairs and they need no special treatment beyond washing and drying! We ate in the hotel on two evenings. The menu offered sufficient choice. Food was well-cooked and presented. The bar is only open from 8 in the evenings, but we were very impressed by the female bar tender, who clearly enjoyed her work and meeting customer needs. Our only negative comment would be the lack of any kind of service during the day in the hotel - not even a cup of coffee. In a 4 star hotel I would expect some daytime services - or provision of drink making facilities in bedroom beyond the mini-bar.
