    Nos hemos alojado una noche. Instalaciones agradables, con un entorno bonito. Las habitaciones son grandes, con muchos servicios y las camas grandes y muy cómodas. Buen servicio en todo momento. El desayuno muy bueno Hotel muy recomendable si visitas esta zona de Inglaterra

    Wedding ceremony and reception October 2020

    We had a fantastic wedding in the Garden Room at Hadlow Manor. Natalie and the events team were always friendly, calm and professional in navigating all the planning details, plus COVID restrictions, then late changes down to only 13 guests. The Garden Room was beautifully presented, the reception meal was perfection in quality and presentation and everything ran smoothly. Overall the service was excellent, the food and drink wonderful, all with a relaxed warn atmosphere - our day simply could not have gone better. It was everything we wished for. Despite many COVID related issues, the entire Hadlow team were outstanding and westill had our perfect small intimate wedding. Thank you, we will be forever grateful for our perfect day.

    Super stay

    We visited Kent for a few days. Hadlow manor was a pleasure to be based in. Sam welcomed us beautifully at check in. The cream tea was excellent. Jess and Matt were very attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. Well done to Lauren and the team. The bed was extremely comfortable. However. It the bathroom could with an update as a bit tired. We had an excellent breakfast especially on the second day when specific requests were fulfilled. The staff. Sam and Sam were very kind and attentive but it all could be a little more joined up. All in all a lovely few days away. We would recommend a stay. Thank you to all the Staff for their hard work.

    Very cozy hotel

    Great value for money. Big rooms, very friendly staff. And the breakfast was great. Very good quality. We were there with three kids and it was perfect. Family room was very spacious. Would definitely recommend highly.

    Wedding

    So we had our wedding booked with Hadlow manor, after moving out dates a number of times following government guidelines. We finally settled on a date, Every time we paid them we got an email with an update on the outstanding payment with them. After paying money to then they changed the outstanding balance not thinking we would notice and when mentioned was told it was an error? How can you email someone two different invoices with completely different amounts and call it an error? Hadlow hasnt kept us updated with any updates regarding our wedding. And we feel extremely let down by them! After calling a number of times to get through to them we finally got through. We explained that we needed to change our guest list from 40 guests to 20 and they refused this telling us we are contracted to 40 people so we have to have and pay for 40 guests after explaining that we are only aloud to have 30 guests per the government guidelines they continued to fight with us and refuse to change the number of guests and give us an updated invoice. We then informed that our evening buffet wouldnt be taking place but still expected to pay for the buffet and the 40 guests even though we are only aloud 30! But 10 guests are not happy to come so we only had 20 guests willing to come. So we asked if we could have a refund on the money weve paid so far due to being extremely let down by Hadlow manor!!! We was then told we wasnt entitled to refund, then we was told if we want a refund we need to speak to management so when we asked to speak to management we was told hes not available. So we asked for an email and got told we dont give out emails. So we asked for a phone number we then got told hes been furloughed and working from home. So we asked how we are going to sort out our refund and they said your have to wait as they dont know if they can refund us our money as its a lot to refund. We currently have £1.4K that weve paid and asked to be refund! Weve tried to work with Hadlow to the best of our abilities but now they are refusing to give us our money back! Weve explained that weve booked another venue seeing as how weve been treated by them is absolutely appalling and theyve still refused to give us our money back! We understand that times are difficult right now but the way theyve treated us is absolutely disgusting!! After another phone call today weve still been refused our refund and told to email the c.e.o! Still no reply from the c.e.o and after seeing someone else having to fight for a refund 11months ago it looks like we could be in for a long long battle with then just to get our money back! That we are rightly entitled to!!! If our money is not returned then we will be passing this to the small claims courts for action as this is absolutely disgusting!!! Theyve not only let us down theyve ruined the magic of our wedding day and now refusing to give us our money back! Definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to have a wedding here! Its absolutely disgusting!!!! All they have to do is refund our money! Its that simple!!! But clearly they do not care about their clients and only their bank account!!!
