  Amazing hotel that I will definitely come back again

  We spent only a night there and we loved it. We luckily got upgraded, the room was so great and clean. Because of the upgraded room so were able to access to the executive lounge. The key point that attracted me was the pool at the rooftop, you feel very relax when spending time there. The drinks and food are also in a reasonable price at the rooftop and the cocktails were good too. The staff is well trained and helpful. I recommend this hotel and its the best hotel in Kaohsiung!

  Excellent service and quality hotel in Kaohsiung

  Only one comment: Excellent. All is good and the staff are so sweet, friendly, and gentle to provide the good service. The room is good and feel relax, the quality of the facility is good as well. Very impressive that in Kaohsiung there is such a great hotel with the competitive price. However, the parking space may be the small disappointed area since the space is not spacious.

  Nice hotel but lot's of room for improvement

  Very nice hotel, seems like the building is only a couple of years old. A 15 minutes taxi ride from Kaohsiung high speed rail station. Walking distance to the MRT and U bike station. A 10 minutes walk to Kaohsiung arena connected to Hanshin department store. The hotel is modern, well designed and very clean. Rooms are very nice. Mattress, duvet, pillows and bedlinen are of great quality. Bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. God size TV, free Wifi and Nespresso machine. Mini bar is complementary but only has once coke, one sprite, two tree tops and two bottles of water. I would prefer to have it fully stocked with a bigger variety including beer and wine. The soft drinks could remain complimentary and they could charge for alcoholic beverages. The rooftop bar and pool are very nice. However the pool opens from morning till 7 PM and the bar only opens at 7 PM. Doesn't make sense to me that you can not order a drink during the day. I wanted to order a bottle of wine only to be told I had to get it myself in the restaurant on the floor below. They offer a welcome drink (after 7 PM). I ordered a gloss of sauvignon blanc and was served a sweet moscato... Breakfast is served on the 20th floor lobby restaurant. You can order a main course and there is a semi buffet. The items on the menu are not exactly what I have in mind for breakfast. Sandwich, steak, .... The semi buffet only has precooked eggs. It would be nice to have an egg station where you can choose scrambled, sunny side up or omelettes. Seems they is a in house bakery however the bread is horrible. It was not fresh bread. Baguette, croissants, bread, it was all at least one or two days old. We stayed 2 days and on both days the bread was old. Orange juice was not fresh but make from some powder and almost tasted chemical. Staff is friendly and they all do their best however some of them really need more training. I don't know what happened to the staffs uniform... they are wearing these long white jackets that are so wrinkled, it's almost funny. On the way back we got a complimentary shuttle in a comfortable Toyota SUV. Free bottle of water and a professional driver. Would I go back to this hotel. Yes but that is only because there are not so many options in Kaohsiung. With the opening of the Marriott hotel early 2021 this hotel will need to make some needed improvements.

  Best service experience Ive ever received

  3 This hotel provides free hotel shuttle from HSR station to the hotel. (require reservation at least one day in advance) Once you get off the train, the server from hotel will wait just exactly in front of your car and help you take your luggage to the shuttle. Since arriving at the hotel, you can feel the warm and polite welcome from the staff. From their reaction you can really feel that this hotel very emphasizes on customer service. And all the food and drink in the room is free and the room design and equipment are novel. There are two TVs in the room and one is in front of your bathtub which is very convenient. The only flaw in the room is one of the television resolution seems not so well. Also the hotel location is quite well. 3 mins walk from the MRT and there are a lot of great bars and restaurants nearby. If you are a foodie this is definitely a hotel worth staying. The most impressive service is that since our next-day schedule hadnt confirmed so we hadnt booked the free shuttle to HSR. But when we checked out I asked the staff how much time would it take from hotel to HSR by MRT, the staff told us they could give us a ride to HSR tho we didnt book the free shuttle service. It felt really warm and you can feel the hotel is customer-oriented. The breakfast is great as well and I can definitely stay at this hotel next time I go to Kaohsiung.

  Family Vacation

  Nothing interesting to report... Service is great Room is great Food is great Location is great Elevator is slow didn't eat dinner at hotel restaurant so I cant recommend... the breakfast was different set meal with small buffet no complains overall a good experience
