  Great experience.

  Passed through on our way back to L.A. during the tail end of a West Coast road trip. Service was great from start to finish, especially considering everything going on with Covid-19. Id go so far as to say it was some of the best hotel service Ive ever had, and Ive stayed at some nice places. Staff went above and beyond in every sense. Every request, from asking if they had band aids to having someone come and pick up our used dishes, was fulfilled within a few minutes. A concierge named Rachel reached out a few days prior and helped us book socially distant tastings and and outdoor dinner at Chalk Board. She even told them we were bringing our dog, Bruno, who was greeted by name when we arrived at each winery, haha. We had a gorgeous studio room, which had two (!!) balconies and an amazing tub. Had dinner brought to our room from the downstairs restaurant the first night of our arrival and it was extremely delicious. The free breakfast was also great not your typical continental style, but a range of real, made-to-order breakfast meals. Absolutely loved this spot and will most definitely return.

  Great weekend get away !

  This hotel has been special get away place for us during the pandemic. We feel very safe here and see that the staff take all safety precautions consistently. The rooms, service and food/drinks are amazing! We plan to make this our "go to" place in Healdsburg!

  Wish our Stay was Not Cut Short

  We stayed at the H2 just as the pandemic was starting. They were already vigilant about cleanliness and had hand sanitizer available everywhere. When we had to cut our stay short they are were understanding and cancelled our final nights without hesitation. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a block from Healdsburg square, so it is a nice walk to all the restaurants and shopping in town. The rooms were modern with all the amenities you would want including Nespresso and a small balcony. The breakfast that is included in our stay. Was delicious and made to order. When we can finally finish our wine tasting trip, we will be back a the H2!

  Excellent Location & Excellent Staff

  For visiting family in town, this is our go-to hotel. Restaurants & wine tasting rooms are less than one block away, right off of the main square. Hotel staff help arrange restaurant reservations and tastings before we arrived, all great recommendations. Valet parking service was quick, and requests for room service type assistance (ice, coffee, etc) very prompt.

  Great hotel in Healdsburg

  Wanted an upscale intimate hotel for our first getaway during COVID and this place hit the mark on all counts! A beautiful quiet second floor room with a nice patio immediately provoked us to add another day to our stay. The staff was sincerely warm and welcoming and excited to see business picking up. Dinner last night was awesome and they were very attentive to social distancing and other efforts to keep everyone safe. In room goodies, including a Nespresso to make your perfect coffee made our stay extra special. Not cheap, but well worth it!
