  Good rooms, but poor cleaning and restaurant

  Stayed here for 6 nights for the World Dog Show. Generally the staff is very bad at english, only a few was understandable. The checkin was good, and the personnel in the reception was kind. The rooms are of good size, and with bathtub, and in good shape. There was a coffee machine in the room but the coffee was only for the welcoming of day one, so we had to buy ekstra pods ourselves. Because of the World Dog Show, the hotel was fully booked, and there were a lot of dogs, I brought 2 of my own. After the first day the cleaning missed the dirty glasses and did not empty the trash, they did however take my ekstra room key and my towels, and forgot to give me new towels. At the reception a staff member i had not seen before gave me new towels and without asking for my name he gave me a new room key!!!! 2 times they forgot to give new towels and the cleaning was generally bad, even though I was to pay 30 pr. night for ekstra cleaning because I had 2 dog in the room. The garbage and dirty dishes from the rooms was left in the hall by the cleaning staff not to be collected until the next day!!! The breakfast has a good selection of decent quality, and the morning staff is kind and effective. The restaurant at night is a different story. The buffet is cheap (10) but the quality of the food is not worth half the price. When ordering from the menu the wait was so long that even after going to get the waiter ourselves, the rest of our group was done eating buffet and dessert, before the ordered food arrived. When talking to the staff about this they were rude and argumentative. This happened to us 2 times, the rest of the week we went to the city to eat. A friend of ours has a handicap and was only able to park in a handicap parking spot 1 day after complaining in the reception and the staff member that had occupied one of the spots moved his car!!!!, the rest of the days most of them were occupied by cars without handicap signs. Upon checkout we sat down with the manager, and told him our experience with the hotel, and showed him pictures of leftover food and dishes in the hallway, he was clearly embarrassed, apologized, and promised that things would change in the hotel, and I hope that he is right.

  Two night stay

  Simple hotel, modern rooms with flat screen TV. Location was a little out of town 25to 30 mins via taxi, there is very little around the hotel more on an industrial estate. Breakfast was good. well presented . however the toaster does take quiet a time to toast the bread. Bar prices were a little expensive. However they did allow group members to play the Highland pipes in the bar with the doors closed for a short period of time.

  Perfect pitstop

  This was the perfect place to spend a night when passing through Germany. Its not far off the autobahn, but in a quiet area so you get a good nights sleep. We were a family of four and got connecting rooms which were perfect! Nice and clean rooms. We also really liked the breakfastbuffet! Good selection!

  Good value for money

  Good value for money. Good beds and good breakfast. Very close to highway, but no noise. Detailed description of room was incorrect, since the mentioned kitchen was not a part of the room type we got. Personel could be more friendly.

  Nice accommodation

  If you need a hotel to spend the night while you drive through Germany this is the hotel to choose . It is very close to the highway and very reasonable priced. Clean rooms with complimentary water and if you travel as a family they have rooms with connecting doors. Everything you need for accommodation. The restaurant serves good solid German food
