  me volvería a alojar

  pedimos habitación habitación alta,estaba muy bien, la habitación de diseño con todo tipo de detalles, el personal muy atento, el desayuno muy bueno aunque carisimo, alrededor de 30 dolares por cabeza.Internet carísimo.La psicina muy bonita y limpia. La única cosa que saltó la alarma con un ruido espantoso en el hotel de madrugada y tuvimos que bajar corriendo desde la penultima planta hasta la entrada del hotel, allí estabamos todos los clientes en pijama, sin saber que pasaba, vinieron los bomberos y nada fue falsa alarma.

  Moderno

  Pasamos sólo 1 noche. Buena atención. Habitación amplia y limpia. Teníamos wifi y parking incluido. Se puede desayunar allí aunque nosotros no lo hicimos. Cuenta con piscina que se agradece en época de altas temperaturas. Recomendable.

  Do They Care?

  We stayed at this hotel for 10 days Dec/Jan 2020/21. I should preface my remarks by saying this is actually a nice hotel, but our experience wasn't. We arrived to be informed that the restaurant and bar were closed until further notice with no reason given. During our 10 day stay we had our room serviced on ONE occasion and we had to request that. We had to request toilet paper and to have our rubbish bins emptied. We had to purchase our own tea, coffee, sugar and milk etc. Clearly the management were too tight to pay cleaners over the Christmas period. Whatever their reason, it certainly didn't have paying customers in mind. How can a hotel possibly expect a recommendation with this sort of service. Pick up your game H Hotel Darwin.

  Good location but noisy street

  Ive stayed here a few times and my last stay was in January. I had to wait 10 minutes after check in, as the room wasnt ready, which was disappointing as I had been there for 40 minutes already. The room was on the 9th floor, so I could hear electrics from the plant room, and the air con was really noisy, it had been the last time I stayed too, though that was a different room. I had to turn it off at night. Apart from that the room was clean and everything else worked. In the gym there were no towels, or wipes or water. On my previous stay a month before, it was the same situation.

  Faulty Towers!! Do not stay.

  Do not stay here! Yes it is cheap - but so are most hotels in Darwin - but with better service. From the check in when we were not told rooms were not being serviced as per usual, restaurant closed (not even breakfast), taking a copy of our credit card and drivers lic - and taking them out of sight to do so - without explaining what he was doing. He did not accept or appreciate the feedback re security - stating he had to do as were in the NT - well we stayed at other places in the NT and this did not occur - so calling BS on that). Might be a hotel policy - but very very very poor one. He was also more interested in chatting to the previous person vs getting us (and others) checked in. This was one particular male reception person who was dreadful - the other staff were okay. Have a feeling he may have been 'management' he was so arrogant and uncaring so thinks he can get away with anything. Then a light not working - so asked for it to be fixed - not done. Asked again and said in the morning when I was out - and no - servicemen came that night and knocked - when there was a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. First night mad the mistake of asking for a recommendation for local restuaurant - OMG - he sent us to Mitchell Street - the worst street in Darwin - unless you are looking for a fight - when he should have sent us down to the waterfront - anywhere but that. Would like to say it was covid issues - but no -just a bad hotel/reception staff. Rooms were okay - but not worth all the other issues.
