  Perfect for my family

  There are a lot of cheap and nice hotels in ormoc but few have room for parking. This hotel has good parking space and clean rooms. Restaurants are nearby and the hotel's location is just perfect. Staffs are also friendly and the guard is good enough to save us a space for the car. While staying, we felt like we're being cared for.

  Booking system is a SCAM!!!

  We booked for 1 night when we're in ormoc city last november 2015 with my girlfriend. We booked through their online site with credit card and it has already been confirmed but when we arrive in the hotel the staffs told us that we are booked but we need to pay 1 night because it is in their system. We're very upset with their system we told the staffs if we're going to pay it will be doubled because it is already been confirmed with the credit card bank. There staffs are not knowledgeable enough to assists us they told us to call their main office when in fact they have their telephone in the front desk to call their main office. We're a budget traveller and we travel a lot in our own country but this is the first time we encountered this kind of hotel system. After all of that no so good arrival experience we decided not to checked in their hotel and went to the city proper and find another good hotel. I'll not recommend this hotel to any traveller who will travel to ormoc city because it's very far from city proper... What's very discouraging now is that they deducted the 1night amount from our credit card even if we already cancelled our reservation last november... very discouraging hotel.

  Cheap rooms, a lot of GV hotels around Leyte. Best for backpackers.. Service is alright. Rooms needs to be clean. Linens and towels are provided and clean. Toilets needs proper cleaning too. If you are bringing a car, parking can be hassle as they dont have enough parking space.

  I saw a review of this place and it said best thing about this hotel is the staff are friendly, I agree as there's nothing else good about it. I would only stay here again if I was on the run and on the bones of my backside

  Adequate low cost stay

  The more you pay, generally, the more you get. Our room was clean, quite roomy, the bed large and comfy, pillows too. The aircon was effective, though noisy and the tv had a reasonable selection of channels. Only cold water for showers. The staff were thoughtful. Toiletries were useful as were the large bottles of complementary water. Well positioned midway between both the New Terminal at Robindons and the port and with the SM mall just a 5 minute walk down the road. A good stay for up to a few nights imho. We will use it again.
