  Basic of basic

  If you just want a place to put your head down, then this is your place. It's cheap and within the main town but farther from where most tourists stay (about 15 mins away). Main town meaning there are a lot of local stores around, groceries, market, and some food places. Your most basic room will come with a twin bed, a bed sheet (not a blanket), A/C, shower, some storage and a TV. Wi-fi is available in the lobby area but I think the connection was pretty slow. Dont expect anything fancy! Rooms are equipped with key cards also. It's also close to the airport which is good especially for the early flights out (like 3-5 mins away).

  Dissapointed

  Bad, defective lavatory and bowl and dirty CR. Doors broken locks. Not safe. Plus no customer service. Bad bad bad. Im so dissapointed. I cannot reccommend this hotel. Bad service. No customer service, dirty and deffective facilities. Not worth it. You cannot enjoy your vacation if you will stay here.

  Great location, but dirty room

  At first we booked for 1 night but because this the only hotel we know in the area, we came back, booked again for another night. Pillows and mattress smells sweat! Really bad smell! While checking in for our first booking, we asked Beth The Receptionist, where we can eat and how to get there, because we are starving! she just gave us a sarcastic answer! Wow! . BETH SHOULD ATTEND A TRAINING RE:CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the way she asked for our ID really wow it was like we did something wrong! We will comeback if the cleanliness will be part of their priorities!

  Budget friendly

  Great location, near to the public transport terminal going back to the port of Benoni. Near to the public market. This could be your option if budget is your priority. Booked a stay for PHP 500 for a fan room. Internet service most of the time unreliable. Staff friendliness and helpfulness not consistent. If you are the type of guest who would just want to get through the night for rest and not very sensitive, go for this. However, stay option in Camiguin is wide and tricky. You could find a place with better service at almost the same price.

  Clean room

  The place is clean and AC is working. There is also running water which is also good. The CR is maintained well and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The front desk lady even help out in setting up a day tour. Amazing
