  Good holiday

  It was a very good time. The hotel and the location is very nice also for singles. It's near to the beach and the pools are nice too.. The animation team (mary, bal, tanja, luba and especially burak and ATA)..

  STAY CLEAR!

  Me and my partner have just got back here, and would never return! When we arrived we wasnt given any info about the hotel e.g Map, meal times! We got taken to our room..well not sure thats what you could call it! Ants everywhere, dirty floor dirty shower room... the only thing that was good was the air con! My Partner went to reception to show them the pictures they said possibly move to a new room Monday. Neither of us slept due to it being right next door to the kitchen! We finally got moved but the man was very very rude and you could tell he wasnt happy. The pool is lovely, perfect in fact and the slides where brilliant. The food was AWFUL! The same food every day...half of it was stone cold and had been left out for ages. The Staff where ok. Some really tried and others were damn right rude, the reception staff really need a lesson in customer service. The majority of the guests where Turkish. We visit turkey quite a lot and have no problem with this but these guests had no time of the day especially as we where the only English there, they push in at the bar and of course the bar staff allow it! The Hotel is situated on the beach, and has a market outside up the strip which is really lovely to go maybe twice...we went everyday due to night time entertainment pretty poor! Make sure you have a corn on the cob!!! Entertainment: entertainment was ok throughout the day, games and sports. But due to being the only English and a few bone being able to speak the language we didnt go to any as it was awkward. Big thumbs up to the Russian blonde entertainer was excellent and guisselle I think her name was they really bothered with us! Snack bar was poor same stuff over n over, was very repatative! All in all we wouldnt dream of coming back, it ruined our holiday we couldnt wait to come home!

  Lovely holiday

  Just returned from a lovely 3 week stay in a family suite with a sea view from 2 different windows. The hotel was very clean, the Turkish food varied and interesting (though included international options for my 3 fussy kids) and the staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the 2 pool options (one loud, one relaxed) and the new diving platform into the sea which was opposite the hotel. My kids loved the table tennis, the shopping options in the market behind the hotel and our interesting day trips to Izmir and Ephesus. Our one slight disappointment was that the advertised tennis court was being used as a carpark so not available. However overall we found the hotel great value for money, enjoyed the friendly and relaxed atmosphere and found the staff extremely helpful and hospitable.

  Our family vacation

  Its a nice and comfortable facility especially for families. Even the sea water is not clear, pools are compensating the level of fun. Meals are in average, drinks and beverages are satisfactory. Outside of the Hotel, theres a night-bazaar.

  Good Family Hotel

  Hotel was friendly,some staff had good english and made a great effort to converse with us.Restaurant managers were very welcoming on a daily basis.Waiting staff are very attentive to the tables but cold towards customers.Food was fine but crowd control at evening meal was chaotic......Maybe stagger evening meals to 2 sittings to reduce excessive queuing at the hot food.Pool was great very spacious,beach side loungers could do with a bit of a cleaning along with the sand been raked to get rid of cigarette butts.Animation team did a great job with daily games and poolside entertainment,especially Luba who always had a smile.Nightime entertainment was great and family friendly from the mini disco to the after shows.All drink choices,alcoholic and otherwise was extremly limited relative to other all inclusive resorts.Information upon check in was not forthcoming regarding to meals,snacks,drinks and facilities
