  Budget friendly and steps to the beach!

  We booked condo 203B last minute through Brett/ Robinson! They were easy and friendly. Condo was actually cheaper then some hotels we were looking at and gave us 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms! (I think we scored a special)! Everything was clean! The kitchen was stocked with all I could need and more. Stackable washer and dryer in unit was such a luxury with two littles. We had a view of pool and lagoon. My kids loved that! Maintenance was out there every AM caring for pool and spa! You are just steps from the beach with their over private walkway. We would definitely rent here again!!

  Beware each unit is very different. Unit 304A is in dire need of maintenance.

  I booked this condominium based on the many positive reviews. However, my family and I were quite disappointed with this hotel and Kaiser Realty. Each unit is individually owned so you really have no way of telling what kind of room you'll get. My review is for room 304A only. First off the beds and pillows are terrible. Bedding was not included for the futon. The towels were not clean when we arrived. However, simply washing them revealed the stains could be easily cleaned after washing. This concerns me as to if the towels were never even cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen garbage disposal smoked when turned on. The refrigerator had grease stains on the front. The kitchen fluorescent lights took 10 minutes to turn on. The screen in the screen door was torn. But, that really didn't matter because the screen door wheels were missing on the bottom, so the door wouldn't go in the tracks. I told Kaiser about this on the first day, but they never bothered to fix the problem. One mirror had masking tape over a sha.rp edge. That's right masking tape. Cabinetry was cheap and dingy. Kitchen clock needed batteries. Painting done terribly with a lot of splatter. Overall it appears this owner is putting no money into maintaining this property and is simply milking profits as the property falls into disrepair. Finally Kaiser advertised that parking was included, but the HOA charged me $20 for parking.

  Labor Day 2019

  This was our second trip to the Gulf Shores, and easily our better visit. We stayed in one of the condos, and it was quite nice. We took advantage of virtually everything that was available - tennis, shuffleboard, grilling, the pool, the hot tub, and the piers for fishing. I only wish we had a boat, kayak or jet ski and the trip would be complete. Access to the beach is just a short walk away, and easy to access. The facilities are well maintained, show a little wear here and there, but are generally quite nice. The elevator in building C was out for a part of the weekend, but only for a few hours. Parking was adequate for all of our gear, and carts were easily obtained for bringing in luggage. We slept 6 in the room, and with the pullout couch it was quite comfortable. We encountered a few minor issues that we will report to the condo owner, but overall very comfortable. Family friendly and only a short drive away (a couple of miles) from lots of food and entertainment options. We enjoy the Hangout, and the gokarts. Recommend this to anyone looking for some fun options and a comfortable stay.

  Ocean out front and Little Lagoon out back!!

  The condo was really nice, a little small, but suited the needs. And the views were great. You have the Gulf view on the balcony and the lagoon and pool out the door. Not very much traffic so vehicle noise was basically nil. And the fishing was wonderful, surf fishing and lagoon both.

  Update

  Prior to checking out maintenance showed up to do repairs. I showed him where parts were to fix some of the issues. He explained the exhaust isn't hooked up in the bathroom since its not vented the outside.
